Most ok but one thing

Only thing wrong was that the jacuzzi in main bedroom didn't work. Kinda bummed on it too.

Great place to stay in Pigeon Forge!

We came to Pigeon Forge for Rod Run week. The condo was everything we needed. We brought our dog with us and had plenty of room. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is the perfect place to stay. Close enough to Pigeon Forge and the parkway but secluded enough to feel like your still in the mountains. Would stay here again!

Quiet spot close to the action on a mountain nice pool outside our place. Was short on paper products paper towel toilet paper, lighting in residence needs improvement, the front bedroom missing vent over central air and the flow is off from other areas not as strong. Did mention hot tub but there wasn’t 1 in residence

The place was perfectly described, immaculately clean, and very generously furnished. Everything needed for home cooked meals was at our disposal, laundry abilities were in the condo, the beds were comfortable, and the AC was working beautifully. 10/10 and will definitely return.

Quiet place to stay.

Overall we had a great stay, however there were some inconvenience's. The washer and dryer quit working which is one reason we like to be in a condo not a hotel so we did come home with dirty clothes for the week. There were ants in front of the condo that did get in under the door. The beds were comfortable, it was a quiet place to stay we enjoyed the back patio. None of our issues would keep me from staying again. Thanks for letting us use your place.

Comfortable but ...

The apartment was fairly nice, good floor plan. However, the internet was out our entire stay so none of the TVs worked. For the first 2 days of our stay, roofers were putting on a new layer of shingles, which was noisy and intrusive. Some bugs on the kitchen that looked like small roaches.

Comfortable but ...

Monarch is lovely, good floor plan and fairly clean (some piles of dust under the master bed). Comfy beds, clean linens. We had no wifi all 3 nights of our stay, which meant no tv or movies. Roofers were there the first 2 days, hammering and dropping debris, walking up to the back patio to plug in equipment when I was trying to have my morning coffee. So, a mixed visit.

Great Condo

Condo was clean and accommodating. It was close to all the activities we wanted to do and just a couple minutes from shopping and restaurants on the parkway. The pool was steps away from the condo and the area was quiet. The only thing lacking was patio furniture, since there was 4 of us.

Great Location/Condo

Condo was very clean and accommodating. It was in a great location, close to parkway for shopping and restaurants and not far from the National Park. The pool was nice and just steps from the condo. The only thing lacking was more patio furniture since there was 4 of us.

Great Place

A great place! We were only here for 3 nights, but had a great stay. 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with everything that we needed, great family room with tv and a few games. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked great. We were only 5 minutes from the Parkway, which was awesome! Check in and check out was easy and very convenient! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Condo!

Nothing but good things to say about this condo. Location is perfect, condo exceptionally clean and well stocked with towels, cookware and kitchen utensils. New furniture, bedding, dishes and light fixtures throughout home.

It’s back far enough that it’s quiet but there’s a McDonald’s and a gas station right at the bottom of the hill and around the corner. The drive to Dollywood was about 13 minutes with no traffic. The jets in the tub need to be bleached more often or something. Otherwise it’s very clean. My mom and dad loved it; the rooms were great; the kids liked the pull out sofa bed. The road to get to it is paved and nice. The hill is a bit steep but we were in my dad’s truck so it was easy for us.

Wonderful Location

We loved this condo! It was about a mile away from The Island in Pigeon Forge and close to a lot of restaurants. It was only 20 minutes to the national park and Gatlinburg as well. On top of that, the condo was very clean and cozy! I loved the decor and light up fall trees in the corner of the living room. We will be staying here again in the future!!
