Beautiful Gulf front townhouse next door to Schooners.

This is a GULF FRONT townhouse directly on the beach located on the East end of Thomas Drive near St. Andrew's State Park.

Enjoy the beaches without the hassle of elevators. Park at your front door and step off the back deck onto The World's Most Beautiful Beaches. It doesn't get any better than this.

Townhouse is conveniently located near St. Andrew's State Park, Schooner's, Capt. Anderson's, Grand Marlin, Dat Cajun Place, Andy's Flour Power, Winn-Dixie, Publix, Treasure Island Marina and many other local favorites for shopping, dining, activities and entertainment.

The living room is comfortably decorated and looks out over the beaches. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds have comfortable beds and flat screened smart tv's. There is a deck leading out to the beach. The deck offers counter height chairs, a patio table and chairs, a shower and water spigot.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed, private balcony, and smart tv.

The guest bedroom has two queen beds and smart tv.

PET: A small non-shedding dog only and must weigh 20 lbs or less, be current on all vaccinations , flea, tick and worm treatments. You must mention your pet's breed, weight and status of vaccinations, flea, tick and worm treatments at time of inquiry. Dogs are not allowed on the public beaches per local ordinance which is strictly enforced, furniture, beds or bedding. There is plenty of room to walk your dog outside. Your pet must be pre-approved prior to making the reservation.

Wonderful place to stay right on the beach

We absolutely loved this place the townhouse was clean and right on the beach and the manger when we had questions got right with us! Id highly recommend it!

Loved the location

Loved the short walk to the beach. Nice townhome. Next door to Schooners restaurant but not noisy; actually nice to sit on the deck and listen to the live music. Some issues with the condo the first couple of days but quickly resolved by Property Management. Will stay again.

Family Vacation

We had a great time! Nothing better than parking at your door and walking straight out onto the beach from your deck! Plus Schooners is right next door to go eat or order and pick up! Easiest vacation we’ve had in a long time! Hope to do it again next year 🤗

Best Decision

The townhouse itself is beautifully decorated and contains all items you need to stay away from home (fully stocked kitchen for cooking, linens, comfortable bedding, washer/dryer, etc). The back deck was the main location of our time off the beach. It is steps away from the sand with easy access to the water. It was not hard at all to lug our beach stuff to the waters edge. We even saw a manatee swim by. Being next door to Schooners was fantastic. They have great food and our daughter loved watching the cannon get fired at sunset. Even with the music and cannon, the sound did not penetrate the townhouse or disturb us at all. David is great to work with and responded quickly when we needed assistance including adding an extra night. His check in/out email laid out instructions precisely which we appreciated. The townhouse is close to so much! We will definitely be going back again!

Somewhat disappointed..

For what we paid I feel the condo would have been in better condition. Upstairs AC didn't work so we had to use box fans we found in the closets. The washing machine didn't wring out the clothes. The sliding doors to the patio leaked into the living room. Bathroom ceiling downstairs is peeling. The carpet upstairs felt wet all the time because the ac was not working correctly.

Great Vacation

Condo location is great. The unit is very clean and had everything that we needed. Enjoyed the restaurant next door. We walked on the beach to the State Park and it is beautiful and unspoiled. The back deck/grill for this unit could use some updating.

Not what we expected

Beautiful location, beautiful beach. Condo needs to be updated badly! Beach front patio needs replaced. Patio table unusable, grill was unusable and beach chairs well worn. Outside electrical outlet was coming off the wall right near the outside shower. Downstairs drapes where hemmed with duck tape. Went to make a frozen drink and blender was broken. Upstairs drapes where full of holes and the deck chairs where both torn. Double bed mattresses were not comfortable. Hard to sleep on. People unloading for beach access were constantly parking in our parking space and we could not get in or out. We will not be staying there again.

Glad you all enjoyed your stay. The location is amazing and right on the beach. Any closer and you would get wet. Schooner's next door has amazing food and atmosphere. As essential workers, we have had no time off since January. When we were able to sneak away for a few days, we were so pleased with this clean, right on the beach townhouse. It was pretty, perfectly decorated, with everything you need, including a fabulous restaurant right next door. It was the ppp we needed and our pups couldn’t have had more fun.

The best place we stayed at PCB

This was the best place we stayed in PCB!!! It was just as described. Everything was nearby. We barely had to leave the townhome! The sunsets were beautiful and the ocean was in the backyard. This will be our "go to" place from now on!!!

Great Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful time at this location. Enjoyed having a restaurant right next door for easy meals and cocktails. We were a little nervous that it would be loud but we never heard anything from the restaurant while we were there. The home was very modern and clean and the manager was great to work with! Will definitely plan another trip to this rental.
