The large dining table seats 8, plus there’s additional seating for 3 at the bar. The living room has plenty of space to gather round the fireplace & large HDTV with Cable and Netflix, a comfy sofa & overstuffed chairs, a desk, desk chair, & printer. There is so much to love about this home.
The split level homes features an upstairs living space w/ fireplace and a 75" HDTV, kitchen with brand new bar seating, new ceiling fan over the living room, dining area, and a great balcony w/ BBQ for relaxing & grilling. Upstairs you will also find the master bedroom with a king bed. The master suite features a 48" Smart Streaming HDTV, and an attached bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower.
There are 3 bedrooms downstairs. The kids' bunk room has a full-over-queen bunk bed and features a foosball table, and 43" TV. This room has a sliding glass door to the ground-level deck with a covered hot tub and a backyard that is fully fenced for the kids or dogs to play. The two other downstairs bedrooms both feature queen beds. The shared downstairs bath is nicely appointed with a tub/shower enclosure.
The home is surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk right out the back yard for miles of trails for hiking, biking, or snow shoeing. Skiing is just 4 miles to Heavenly Resort and 12 mi to Sierra at Tahoe. Rent an SUP or Kayak at Lakeview Commons, a beautiful beach just 3 mi down the hill. As for the night life--Stateline is just 4 mi away. There is parking for 4 cars max - 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
