We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My family and I thought the property was as described/pictured, if not better. Management was very communicative and helpful. Close walk to the beach. I would recommend this property.

Kiawah is one of our favorite places to visit, our family loves the beach and bike trails.

When it comes to a quiet and relaxing vacation Kiawah Island is the place to go. Great restaurants, beautiful landscaping, great beaches, biking and walking paths all over island make a great way to get around as a family.

Nice house

The house is very nice. The Wi-Fi is terrible. I had better Wi-Fi in the bush of Africa. Not kidding. The dishwasher is falling out of the wall but otherwise very nice.

Thank you for your feedback. I have sent your comments regarding the wifi to the property owner. While they do have the highest speed service offered, being on a barrier island, service can go in and out especially during bad weather. Additionally, while the dishwasher is functional, a new one has been ordered for the home and will be installed very soon.

Great Stay

We love Kiawah Island and this house is our new favorite. The home is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need without additional clutter. As soon as we walked in we could relax and enjoy our vacation. We would definitely recommend staying in this home!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen could use a review of items. It lacked a can opener, bottle opener, spatula, tupperware/storage containers, and spoons to mix things. There were only 8 large plates yet the place can sleep 10 people. Also the deck has a lot of debris that falls on it. You couldn't sit outside without something landing on you. It would have been nice to have a broom so that we could sweep it so we could walk on it with bare feet.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear of any missing items in the kitchen. We are always happy to assist and bring out any missing items that may be required during your stay. I have passed your comments to our property management team to investigate and address accordingly. Unfortunately, the trees surrounding the property do cause debris that is unavoidable in the outdoor areas. We will also be happy to place a broom in the home to assist with this for future guests.

Amazing house for a family getaway!

We rented this house for a family vacation, and it was a great experience! The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The porch wrapping around the house was wonderful, we used it every day- even in the rain! Great location with a quick walk to the beach! A few things to note for future renters: The stairs to enter the house are quite steep and there is no elevator access. We had several large suitcases and a few older guests so the steps were challenging at times. Second, while the pool/hot tub is lovely, due to the tree coverage the area does not really get much sun so if you are hoping to lay by the pool for a tan, you will want to head to the beach!

Incredible Property- Kiawah Island Vacation Rental

Perfect for a family vacation. We had access to 4 comfortable bedrooms, an elevator, private pool and spa and gorgeous views. Literally a dream property!

Someone came out and it cooled off for one night, but it stayed at 80 degrees. 2) detailed instructions on what/where to put the trashcans for collection needs to be added to notebook in house.

Immediately clear that this home has recent updates and upgrades including the furniture, elevator and resurfaced, second story pool. Watching golf in the backyard or a 2 minute bike ride to the beach, the location was perfect. Easily handled two families. Highly recommend.

Many houses we've looked at have a long walk to the beach but this is direct and less than 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool and our stay very much. Our only reason to look elsewhere for next year is that we'll need 5 bedrooms and another bathroom; otherwise highly recommend this home.

Lovely pool area

This home is gorgeous and very well kept up. I could regularly see deer walking around the home from the pool area while laying out, swimming and grilling. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Loved having a pool and hot tub (though the process of heating of hot tub is a bit complicated -we did enjoy it everyday). The kitchen was fully equipped. The house was spacious and very comfortable. Location was perfect. Nice view of golf course and 5 min simple walk to beach. Easy access to bike path. Highly recommend this rental!!

Good family trip

My large family and I celebrated my mothers 80th birthday at this property. The kitchen was the perfect size to have multiple people prepping/cooking food. The weather was WONDERFUL so we celebrated around the pool. We paid to have it heated so the children enjoyed swimming. I would highly recommend this property, would love the opportunity to come back soon

Great house

Who doesn't enjoy a house with a pool??? This was a perfect set up for our family and the path to the beach was perfect! Thanks for a great visit; looking forward to planning for next year!
