This home will comfortably sleep 10 guests and has two king size beds and two queen size beds and one queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room of unit B. You'll be able to wake up and listen to the ocean waves from the second floor balcony. This home is perfect for any season.



The Space:

As you arrive, you're greeted by two back decks, equipped with seating and a sun umbrella, perfect for enjoying a beverage while listening to the gentle sea breeze. The open-concept living area is tastefully decorated with soft, beach-inspired colors and comfortable furniture, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. The living room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, sleek countertops, and all the essentials for preparing a meal at home. The living space in unit B also comes with a queen sized sleeper sofa. A raised dining area with elevated chairs offers the perfect setting for intimate dinners or quick bites before heading out.



All bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort, featuring plush bedding, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage space for your beach gear. The primary bedrooms have king-sized beds. The second bedrooms offer comfortable queen sized beds. The bedrooms with queen sized beds offer a door to the balcony where you can take in the sounds of the sea and get views of the ocean. The balcony is complete with two adirondack chairs, an adirondack bench and a side table to relax into.

Ride over to the very locally popular Leaping Lizard Cafe where you can enjoy a delicious brunch amongst the eclectic atmosphere. The area offers easy access to sandy beaches, making it popular for outdoor activities like swimming, kayaking, and beachcombing. It has a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere, with nearby parks and bike trails. Chic's Beach is also known for its vibrant local dining spots and proximity to major attractions in Virginia Beach without the hustle of the busier oceanfront. If you prefer to get groceries, Kroger is less than 2 miles away.



Getting Around:

Having your own vehicle is the best way to get around Virginia Beach, as it provides the most flexibility and convenience for accessing nearby attractions and amenities. The neighborhood has residential streets that are easy to navigate, and parking is typically available near the beach and local businesses. Biking is another popular option, especially along the scenic Shore Drive, which runs parallel to the beach and connects to bike paths and nearby parks. Walking is ideal for short distances, particularly for beach access and visiting local eateries or shops in the Chic's Beach area. Rideshare services are available for longer trips, and public transportation, though limited, can be used for getting to the more tourist-heavy Virginia Beach Oceanfront or downtown areas.

While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.



Parking Information

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
