Your luxurious suite is located on the 10th floor of the Ocean Tower at Beach Villas in Ko Olina Resort. You are just steps away from the beach, lagoon, ocean and one block from the Aulani Disney Hotel.

Welcome to the Beach Villas of Ko Olina Resort, a private beachfront condo. Our ultra-luxurious condo is located on the sunny west shore of Oahu with four protected turquoise blue lagoons for you and your family to enjoy. You may even swim next to our three-legged honu (turtle) that we named ā€œHop Along.ā€

You may BBQ at our Villas or wine and dine at one of the many restaurants at Ko Olina Resort such as Roy's, Noe, Monkeypod Kitchen, Longhi's, 'Ama 'Ama, and Longboards. See and feel the Hawaiian culture by attending one of the three different Hawaiian luaus and shows. Fishing, diving, and whale watching (seasonally) activities are all available for your excitement from our world-class Ko Olina Harbor.

We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:
Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full-size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries.

This was a perfect venue for our family of 6. Nice views of both the ocean and mountain. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach (ie: wagon, boards, snorkel sets, floaters, beach chairs, cooler). If I have the funds I would definitely stay again.

The great communication with our host from booking the place to the day before our trip to the time we arrived. She answered all my questions and gave great recommendations on places to see. The villa itself was beautiful and well equipped with items you would need for the beach and cooking in the kitchen. The facility was wonderful and having the lagoon for the kids to swim in was perfect. My only little negative was I wish the king bed and pillows were more comfortable (but that could be a personal issue). Otherwise highly recommend booking a stay here, it was perfect.

Beautiful resort right on the beach. Loved the soft sand and calm lagoon that was perfect for snorkeling. Pool was basic but our teen daughters liked it. Our favorite was sitting on the lanai and enjoying the spectacular views, no matter what time of day. Great location with the Koā€™Olins Center within walking distance. Wish there was a restaurant and small market onsite though.

Paradise on the Beach

The apartment was large enough for the entire family; my wife, two sons and their spouses. It had all we needed. Beach Villas is a quiet complex that is very well maintained and the residents are all thoughtful neighbors. Beach is wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We have stayed here before and would stay again.

Family and Friends Getaway

Beautiful villa right on the water, waking up to that spectacular view every morning was quite the treat. Very spacious, we had a party of 8 and we were very comfortable but 1 more person wouldn't have worked. Cherie, property manager, was so great! Very attentive and helpful. The location was great, the pool was nice and the bar was even nicer. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved everything about this condo! Itā€™s beautiful, clean, spacious and a great location. Our hostess went over and beyond ! Perfect place to relax

This was a great place to start our vacation. The beach was beautiful, so convenient to just go downstairs & be at the water. We did some snorkeling and lots of floating in the clear water. We enjoyed the pool at night after dinner until it was time to get out at 9. The condo was great for family of 7, the lanai was everyone's favorite place with it's amazing view. We walked to nearby restaurants, coffee shop & ice cream.

Family trip

We came out for a week to bring our youngest of 4 children for University of Hawaii for his first year of school. Cherie checked us in personally to the condo and was so amazing. She is such a sweet and caring person, making sure we had everything we needed and ensuring we could contact her personally. The condo and property are immaculate and beautiful. They both have everything you will need for a stay for the week or longer. The view is perfect and we loved the whole area. We will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous view, very nice accommodations, and great location away from the hubbub of the city, yet close enough to travel in. Prett well equipped, bit would recommend a 4 slice toaster for a 3 bedroom. Nothing to complain about!

Hi Cherie, Thank you so much for the excellent hospitality! We had such a wonderful time and the accommodations were A++. Gorgeous, comfortable, clean, full stocked with kitchen necessities and fun gear for the beach, and an amazing view to top it all off. Our family of six had a wonderful stay. We were greeted warmly by Cherie and had everything we needed. The condo is spacious, very comfortable, and the separation of bedrooms was perfect for us with a couple of early risers. The abundance of beach things was a pleasant surprise for us. The views were spectacular and I would recommend this place highly. Daniel was really great to work with and we always felt welcome. Thanks for a great holiday!

Amazing view, awesome condo!

First, the owner, Daniel is great. He is very responsive and accommodating. He checked our return flight, saw that it was a late afternoon flight and offered us a very late checkout. The condo is very spacious and everything we needed to feel at home was there. My family really enjoyed the view from the lanai. We will definitely return!
