Overall we loved the condo and will stay again. Only problem we had was the Internet did not work well so the TVs in both bedrooms did not work due to the Internet being really slow. Other than that, we enjoyed!

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The location was perfect — just steps from the beach with beautiful ocean views from the balcony. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were comfortable, and the entire place felt cozy and welcoming.We especially loved spending mornings drinking coffee on the balcony and evenings watching the sunset. The pool and beach access were both convenient and well maintained. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in incredibly easy.This was exactly the peaceful getaway we were hoping for, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Adorable Condo!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The condo is nicely decorated and has a great view of the water. Very short walk to the beach, too! Thanks so much for letting us stay!

Great View

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues with outlets not working and the elevator breaking down but overall it was a nice place to stay and the outside furniture was great quality and comfortable. It's a short walk from a gorgeous beach. There were no bathrooms outside so that's something you may need to plan around. Having two pools was a very nice benefit but they were a bit chilly. Plenty of spots to sit and not very crowded during the week at the end of April. Overall was a great vacation spot and was close to a lot of activities and restaurants!

Honeymoon, just the two of us

I can’t say enough about the cleanliness and the view from our condo. Very conveniently placed on the beach. Absolutely beautiful sunrises and the view from the king suite was something I could most definitely get used to. 10/10 would recommend this property and working with Beachball Properties! We plan to visit again soon.

Unit itself was great! The grounds and the beach area are wonderful. The nearest elevator was out of service twice.

The condo was very nice and as expected. I would suggest that the den area of the condo have a small love seat or a comfortable chair. The two chairs by the sofa were not comfortable for watching TV. Also, one of the chairs was broken before we arrived and just left on its side, unusable. I did not rate the property's cleanliness highly because the common areas were not as clean as I would have expected. The condo we rented was very clean. Throughout the property, there was trash lying around in the grass, on sidewalks, and in the corridors on each floor. For the entire week, no one cleaned up an entire bag of trash and take-out food boxes in the stairwell. There were empty bags of chips, cigarette boxes, water bottles, and plastic utensils lying out by the sidewalk to the beach and in the corridors to the rooms. If the common areas had been cleaner, I would have rated the stay higher.

Beautiful Place

Condo was beautifully decorated and so close to everything. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because we had some air conditioning problems the first 18 hours. When we arrived, air not working… but the hvac man made sure to get us portable a/c’s until fixed. He did get us up and running as he promised…. But … it got up to 85 in that condo… HOT, HOT, HOT!

Thank you for staying with us, and we're sorry about the A/C. Eighty-five degrees is no way to start a beach trip. We're glad our HVAC tech brought portable units and got it running. We'd love to have you back.

Fantastic Vacation!

My family and I had a blast at Orange Beach!! One of the best vacations I have ever had. The condo was beautiful, clean and so cozy fun! Beachball Properties made everything easy and wonderful! This is our second year renting from them, and we will be back next year!!
