The Space: - Comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests - 2 bedrooms - 1 Bunk bed (Queen & Twin sized mattresses), and 1 Queen bed - 2 bathrooms - There is no reserved parking space for this house, however there is free parking on the street. Keep in mind that it can be difficult to find parking during the busy months. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Backyard with outdoor shower & games! - Courtyard with BBQ, outdoor seating, & firepit
Note: - The house features a spiral staircase that may not be suitable for young children, as it is not equipped with stair gates. Please refer to the photos for a closer look at the staircase. - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS - Down alternative pillows and comforters
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home, except the locked shed in the backyard.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Other Things to Note: - Just a heads up: the home is near a lively road, so you may notice some road sounds during your stay. - While there’s no reserved parking spot, free street parking is available in the neighborhood. Please keep in mind that during busy months, spots can fill up quickly. - The house has a charming spiral staircase that adds character but may not be ideal for young children, as it doesn’t have stair gates. Be sure to check out the photos for a closer look! - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

Wonderful renovation job, very sleek, modern, and comfortable. Plenty of room for the whole family. VERY clean and a well stocked kitchen for anyone who likes to cook family meals. Fun games for the kids, cool patio with gas fire pit. Easy 10 min walk to the beach. Nice location for day trips exploring sites like Monterey Bay Aquarium, Big Sur, and much more! We wished we could stay longer
