Mornings begin at an unhurried pace, with space to spread out and plan your adventures, while evenings invite you back to relax together after full days exploring Central Florida. With a private pool just steps away and resort amenities nearby, this home offers a balanced rhythm of activity and downtime year-round.



The space

This entire home in Davenport comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests and features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms arranged across two levels. Downstairs, you will find a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, offering convenience and privacy. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, including a mix of king beds, queen beds, twin beds, bunk beds, and full beds, as described in the home’s layout. Several bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, making mornings and evenings easier for groups and families.



The living area is designed for gathering, with ample seating and a flat screen TV where everyone can unwind together. Whether you are watching a movie, sharing stories from the day, or simply taking a quiet moment, the space feels open and welcoming without feeling crowded.



Outdoor living

Step outside to enjoy your own private pool, available with an optional heated setting. The backyard includes outdoor furniture and loungers, creating a relaxed setting for swimming breaks, casual conversations, or simply enjoying the Florida air. A patio area adds another place to gather, and a BBQ grill is available for shared meals at home.

The full kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts to family-style dinners. The home is a short drive from major attractions such as Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, making it easy to balance theme park days with quieter time back at the house.

The home includes air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. Family-friendly features such as a Pack ’n play are available, along with self check-in via smart lock and free parking on premises.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are also must-see destinations. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours.



Getting Around:

Kissimmee Station - 22 min drive

Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) - 27 min drive



Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
