The Space:

Sunlight streams through the windows as you step onto the patio, the private pool glimmering under a clear sky. After a day of exploring Orlando’s parks, you return to a spacious townhouse where the open living area invites you to unwind and reconnect. Evenings drift gently here, whether you’re gathered around the TV or floating in the warm water of your own pool.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers five bedrooms across two levels, comfortably fitting up to 14 guests. Downstairs, two bedrooms each feature a king bed. Upstairs, one bedroom provides a twin‑over‑queen bunk bed plus an additional twin bed, while another bedroom holds two twin bunk beds. The fifth bedroom includes a king bed. All beds come with fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets.



Living space & work area

A large living room centers the home with comfortable seating and a TV for relaxed nights. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the interior pleasant year‑round, and a dedicated workspace with WiFi lets you catch up on emails or plan the next day’s adventure. Smart lock self check‑in lets you arrive on your own schedule.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for you to prepare meals at any hour, and a spacious dining table makes breakfast before park days or easy dinners after long outings feel natural. Kitchen essentials are provided, and the open layout lets conversation flow between cooking and lounging.



Bathrooms & laundry

Four bathrooms serve the household, each stocked with bathroom essentials. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays or mid‑trip refreshes.



Outdoor living & pool

Step outside to your private pool, a perfect spot to cool off after a warm Florida day. Outdoor furniture creates a simple setting for quiet moments, and pool heat can be added for an additional fee.



Resort access & amenities

Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate resort amenities. Dive into the community water park, float along the lazy river, or enjoy resort‑style pools, a fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, sports courts, and golf facilities—all within the gated ChampionsGate community.



Location & convenience

Located in Davenport, the townhouse sits near major roads, making trips to Disney World, Universal Studios, shopping, and dining straightforward. A private entrance, WiFi, and the dedicated workspace add everyday convenience for short getaways or longer stays.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guests reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
