Welcome to this amazing family home in the exclusive gated beach community on the Monterey Bay. This marvelous property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 private master en-suites with King beds, 1 queen bed, and a twin trundle bed. Located on the 2nd row from the ocean it's just steps to the sand! The home was recently remodeled from head to toe with timeless finishes to last decades.
The Oversized master-suite includes double doors, double closets, and a spa-like bathroom with double sinks, large bathtub and separate steam shower.
The downstairs King ensuite has its own full bathroom and private entry, offering flexibility for guests or as a secondary master suite.
Upstairs, you'll find the other guest bedrooms with the Queen size bed and the other with the twin trundle, both rooms are generously sized and complemented by plenty of storage space and closets throughout the home.
Kitchen is an entertainer's delight, with modern appliances, double ovens, granite counters with ample work space, and elegant cabinetry.
One of the best features about this home is the private driveway and easy parking next to the home. You'll enjoy a large table on the deck to enjoy outdoor dining or a large table inside to enjoy meals together as a group. Smart TV and fireplace in the living room and smart tvs in the Queen & Twin Trundle bedrooms.
This home has never been a vacation rental and we're excited to share this wonderful home to create lasting memories here at the beach with us. This home is professionally managed by Pajaro Dunes Resort. Guest services, maintenance and housekeeping teams are on site 7 days a week. Plan a bonfire on the beach, borrow sports equipment for a game of beach volleyball or basketball on the court or simply stroll the beach for sand dollars and seas shells. We're excited to host your next vacation with us!

Exceptional property
The location was exceptionally convenient to local sites (Monterey and the Redwoods), as well as being a mere stone's throw from the breathtaking beach views – we were able to enjoy the stunning scenery with minimal effort, truly appreciating the less-than-100-step proximity. The open floor plan created a wonderfully spacious and airy feel, contributing significantly to the overall comfort and relaxation we experienced. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, exceeding our expectations. Furthermore, the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, providing all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals effortlessly. The home is immaculate, renovated with modern amenities throughout, stainless steel With being brand new as a vacation home, the owners purchased new linens, plush towels, and personal touches that make it truly feel like a home away from home. Updated kitchen & baths, washer/dryer handily in home; well appointed kitchen, new flat screen TVs in the living room and upstairs master suite, queen bedroom and twin trundle guest bedroom; and of course comfortable beds in every room. This home is definitely going to be a favorite among new & return renters!
