Welcome to the Gaslamp. This unit is located in a perfect area for both business folks and families looking to escape hotel life while having the flexibility a condo has to offer. You are within walking distance to your conventions and conferences this unit is a perfect home base to use while exploring all that San Diego has to offer. This unit is situated right by Petco field to catch those Padre's games or enjoy walking to nearby shopping and restaurants galore. If you are looking for additional attractions you can rent a car for a short drive to Sea World or the Zoo to keep your kids entertained for hours / days. You really are close to everything here.
This unit has been remodeled with brand new wood flooring, stainless steel appliances and fully furnished with room enough to sleep 4. I really think you will be pleased with this unit.

Great Long term stay

I stayed here for a 55 day business trip. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities to make you feel at home. Working with Brandon was very easy and professional.

Extremely pleasurable place.

My wife and I spent one month in this apartment. We have no complaint about this place. All aspects I can think about our stay are positive. The apartment was clean. Bed sheets, mattresses, pillows and towels are comfortable and clean. The full-sized sofa bed in the living room is comfortable. The apartment is well furnished. Kitchen is fully equippped, with all appliances and apparatus one may need. Everything looks new. Gym room is nice and well equipped. Surroundings are plenty of good bars and restaurants. Easy access to trolley and bus stops.

Amazing Place and Perfect Location!

Brandon is an amazing person to work with. He is the consummate professional, responsive, courteous, and accomodating. The unit is beautiful and has everything you would ever need for your stay. It is located right across from Petco Park, Stone (beer!), and around the corner from Basic Pizza. It is also walking distance to the Convention Center, the trolley, and dozens of other bars, restaurants, and entertainment options. I stayed in the unit for over a month, and it was nice to walk around the great neighborhood and meet friends for meals or drinks, or stay in and enjoy watching TV or movies on the huge flatscreen! The unit was immaculate and the kitchen well-stocked with appliances and cookware. I also loved having an in-unit washer and dryer. So convenient! I will definitely be back to stay in this unit, and would recommend it to anyone!

A Home Away From Home

We chose this apartment to be close to our son and daughter-in-law for the birth of their first child. The apartment met all of our expectations and was a home away from home for the five weeks we stayed there. It was clean, very well equipped with all the necessary amenities and had a very comfortable bed. A car was not necessary as we were able to walk, or use the busses and trolleys, to everywhere we wanted to go. Brandon was particularly helpful in responding to our queries and concerns. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment as an ideal base when visiting San Diego.

Wonderful condo, loved it! But be warned of current construction...

We stayed here as my partner was attending a week long expo/conference at the convention center. It's a wonderful location, safe neighborhood, professional building, spacious unit, and nicely designed as you see in the photos. We could easily walk to the convention center in 5 min, as well as all the amazing restaurants in the Gaslamp (yet weren't directly in the noise of the Gaslamp). Petco ball park is a stones throw away, and the view from the roof deck is great. This location is also good for driving (we rented a car) to the airport and Balboa Park; it's very easy to hop on the highway. Also, Brandon was a delight to work with and so organized and timely. My only complaint is that the lot directly next to this building is currently under construction which we were not aware of. Construction is during the weekdays only, not weekends thankfully. It starts at 7am and lasts until 3:30-4pm. At times, but not always, the noise was very loud, and the view out the bedroom window is of the construction. It wasn't a huge problem as we were up by 7am most days, and out touring the city. By the time we returned they had stopped for the day. It looks as if there is another condo complex being built. They are just in the very beginning phase; I could see this going on for a good year. I would take this into consideration, but it doesn't need to be a deal breaker, especially if you are an early riser and plan to be out most of the day. Again, they did not work on Saturdays and Sundays. Thanks Brandon!

Great Spot

I stayed in this condo while attending a convention in San Diego. I was a late registrant and all of the hotels were full.....thank goodness. This place was so much better than a hotel and very reasonable as well. The unit is well appointed and easily accessible to all that San Diego has to offer. Easy walk to bars, restaurants and of course the convention center. The management worked well with me and were very responsive to all of my questions before, during and after the rental. I would definitely stay here again and will no doubt look to reserve it for the same conference next summer. A+ property and A+ experience.
