Beautiful and peaceful log cabin sleeps up to 10, a large 20 x 40 open deck for entertaining and barbecuing. An Inground, gunnite, salt water & heated 40 x 20 pool and patio. Enjoy the new fire pit w/wood and Adirondack chairs. A large front porch to dine on and relax, 4 acres of 'peace and quiet', with the birds singing all day long, laundry service 1st & 2nd floors, Strong WIFI throughout the house, huge country kitchen, a "chef's dream" kitchen, master bedroom on 1st floor, large backyard for volleyball/badminton and soccer. All bedrooms are queen or king bedding. Three full bathrooms and one 1/2 bath on first floor. A great escape from the city and a special place to celebrate a gathering, Also, Hire a Chef to cook for you and your family, while you enjoy each others company!

Long Holiday weekend in the woods

The cabin was exactly as described—quiet, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool and large deck were definite highlights, and the yard was great for both kids and adults to enjoy. A great spot for family or friends looking to unwind in nature but close enough to the small towns dotting Dutchess County that there was plenty to do.

Amazing and Memorable Trip!

My wife and I stayed at this property for a lowkey bachelorette weekend/ my birthday. The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as shown in photos. Kelly was extremely communicative and made the process seamless. Even when one of our guests had car troubles, she was super accommodating during the check out process. I would absolutely stay again! Thank you again Kelly!

A lovely escape from the city!

We had a group of 10 stay and had the best time. The house and grounds were absolutely beautiful, the birds chirping in the morning was something out of a movie. We all fit comfortably and were able to cook large dinners and meals easily thanks to a fully stocked kitchen! The pool area was perfect and nothing beat having breakfast on the porch. Would absolutely love to come back!

Beautiful home and great owner

Kelly was a pleasure to work with. The house was perfect for us. It’s spacious and clean. The yard is very nice. The kids had a blast. The pool is great. It’s peaceful and tranquil. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!

My friends and I had the most wonderful stay at Kelly and Paul's beautiful home! The house and property were pristine, beautiful, and exactly as described. We loved hanging out at the pool and having dinner on the two decks. Kelly and Paul were a delight to book with! They were highly responsive, flexible, and just all around great. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Kelli & Paul’s property. The kitchen was stocked in the most amazing way, the house was spotless, the hosts were the kindest people we’ve ever used through VRBO. The pool was perfect… the kids spent countless hours swimming, the outdoor deck spaces were amazing for our large group…We ate all our meals and played games out there. The grounds were immaculate. The layout of the house couldn’t have been more perfect for our needs. We really had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone looking to spend some quality time together.

Rejuvenating Weekend Getaway

What an incredible weekend we had staying at Kelly and Paul's beautiful home. Kelly was so incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, and her home absolutely blew us away. It was the perfect space to celebrate our bachelorette weekend, especially with the gorgeous pool! The house had everything (and more) we could possibly need and we all felt so comfortable there. Labor Day

I came with a group of friends and we had a fantastic time! The place had a ton of space, and looked even bigger in person. The pool was amazing, the house was well kept and Kelly was very helpful throughout the entire booking process. Not that we would have cared but we didn’t see Kelly or anyone in sight and it was a very secluded and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend!

July 4th

We had a wonderful July 4th long weekend. The property is large an immaculately maintained, the location is quiet and shrouded in trees, very peaceful. High quality bedding and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with quality appliances and accessories. The back deck and front porch give outdoor dining options irrespective of the weather, we made full use of both. There is plenty to do on the property from pool, to lawn games and s’mores at the fire pit at night, or just sit with a drink and take in the quiet. Paul and Kelly are thoughtful and considerate hosts, very responsive and helpful with suggestions, the house has many personal touches and shows the care they have put into it.

AMAZING Property!

Our family had such a great time at this home. It was very clean and the best stocked home we've ever rented, from plenty of towels to everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The property, home and pool are even more beautiful than the photos. We hosted extended family for a barbecue and a pot luck dinner and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy dinner, each other and spread out for more intimate conversations. The porch, with rocking chairs, hammock and swing chair, was a favorite hang out, even during scorching hot days. We all loved the pool and spent more time than expected enjoying the perfect temperature during our very hot vacation. Kelly and Paul were so kind! From quickly responding when I locked us all out of the house to helping us out when all our flights were cancelled, they could not have been more accommodating. It was a memorable family reunion & we hope to gather at this lovely property again in the future.

Magnificent!

The house is even better than advertised! It had everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen from three different styles of coffee makers to food processors and more! The bedrooms are all very nice and comfortable as are the bathrooms. The inside of the house is beautiful and comfortable but the BEST parts of the houses are the outdoor spaces! The farmers porch was fabulous, especially during a heavy rainstorm; the deck was perfect for our big group to all comfortably be on together for a cookout; the lower yard had badminton; the entire place was very private and beautifully kept! But the pool was the star of the show - both beautiful and sooo relaxing!! We had a big group stay for the weekend for my mother’s Celebration of Life and it really could not have been more comfortable! The owners were wonderful as well! Great communication throughout the entire process and very helpful! Highly highly recommend!!!

Perfect Property for a Reunion with Friends!

Kelly was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout the entire booking process, our stay and even after! We Forgot some things at the house and she personally reached out to coordinate returning them. The property is gorgeous and the house has tons of room! We stayed with 5 families with young children and babies are were all able to spread out so that everyone could nap and sleep when they needed without hearing each other. The common spaces are wonderful- we spent a majority of our time on the back deck eating, hanging out and playing. We even had someone come teach a yoga class on the deck and it was so lovely to be outside for that! Kelly provided plenty of towels, sheets and paper goods. It was incredibly helpful not to have to bring those things or worry about doing tons of laundry. From check in to checkout we had a fabulous experience and hope to return!

Amazing stay

This property was beautiful! Family stayed her for a wedding at a nearby venue. It was so close. The hosts were incredible and so accommodating. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Hosts, Fabulous House

Kelly's home is really wonderful. If you're a foodie, this kitchen's for you! We are a group with a lot of people who love to cook and this was undoubtedly the best stocked kitchen we've ever rented! Kelly has everything! The pool was fantastic and the badminton was an unexpected treat. The kids loved it. The home is clean and cozy in a beautiful location and Kelly was incredibly responsive and helpful. She even mailed me a couple items I had accidentally left hanging in the closet. We would most definitely stay again!

Staying at this property did not disappoint . Very accurate listing, very clean and comfortable

My family and I were attending a nearby wedding, the home was a perfect accommodation for us. Pool was refreshing, house was well equipped and as described. We saw a group of turkeys having a chat on the lawn prior to departure that we all enjoyed. I’d recommend this home, and caretaker.
