MAIN LIVING SPACE: Located on the second floor to take advantage of the views, the broad, open living space features a living room, large dining area, and kitchen. Wrapped in natural shiplap, the interiors have driftwood-colored hardwood flooring, neutral furnishings, and cheery, coastal accents. The handsome and expansive dining table accommodates a large group. Plus, there’s seating at the kitchen island.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a queen bedroom features bright blue-and-green décor and custom, wood pieces with relaxing, Shabby-Chic style. The large, Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects with the bunk room, where teens and kids will love having their own space to chill. Full-over-full bunk beds mean there’s room for all to hang out. Each bed even has its own TV! Tumbling Towers, a.k.a. Jumbo Jenga, and Spikeball keep kids entertained, along with two Xbox One consoles and a broad selection of video games. A hallway nook offers one more twin bunk. A beautiful new private bedroom addition on the first floor features a king size bed, full bathroom and serene decor. On the second level, the primary suite is light and airy, with a king bed that offers quiet nights for recharging from the day in the sun. You’ll feel like it’s a spa getaway, with the large, glassed, walk-in shower and soaking bathtub, two separate vanities, and an extra-large, walk-in closet.


GREAT FEATURES: Enjoy fab outdoor spaces! Grill out and watch beautiful sunsets from the second-floor balcony. Downstairs, the back porch overlooks a grassy backyard with palms.

Throughout the home, you’ll notice custom driftwood pieces hand-crafted by the homeowner herself. A study alcove offers a nook for taking care of a laptop check before heading back to the beach. And a high-quality washer-dryer in the laundry room ensures beach towels and clothes stay clean.
