This luxury Villa is a former show home which showcases all the developers upgrades, furnished with premium quality furniture and maintained to a high standard. We are constantly upgrading the villa and have recently re-tiled all the downstairs and laminated the upstairs, re-tiling one bathroom and re-tiling and converting the other upstairs bathroom to a shower room. All kitchen appliances have been replaced with LG Stainless appliances and the washer and dryer with new MayTag appliances.

It is on a large plot that has no rear neighbours and has been planted at the back with pine trees and shrubs.

The rental rate does not include Pool and Spa Heat and for this we offer two options:-

Pool at 85° and Spa at 95° at a cost of $40 per night
Spa Only at a cost of $21 per night stay

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT COMPLETE UNTIL A SIGNED CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS/REGISTRATION FORM HAVE BEEN RETURNED WITHIN 24HRS OF ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING REQUEST
