• A private sandy beach area at the water's edge with lounge chairs for 10, the spot for morning coffee and sunset. It sits right at the waterline rather than sloping into the lake, so it's a place to sit and dig in the sand rather than wade in.

• Stone steps lead from the beach down into the cove, the launch point for our kayaks, canoes, and paddleboard.

• The Waters community docks and marina are in the same cove, steps from the backyard. Bring your boat or jet skis and use the community boat ramp.

• For swimming, head to The Waters community swim beach: a roped sandy swim area with a shaded gazebo and a playground, a few minutes away by car or an easy paddle from the backyard. Per community rules, swimming isn't permitted along our stretch of shoreline, so the beach is where everyone goes in.



THE WATERS COMMUNITY

• Marina, community docks, and boat ramp: in the same cove, steps from the backyard.

• Pool (seasonal), clubhouse, and tennis and pickleball courts with a basketball hoop: a short walk or 30 second drive.

• Sandy swim beach and playground: a few minutes by car, or paddle over by kayak.

The Neighborhood:

The Waters sub-division offers unparalleled living with a clubhouse, a pool (seasonal), tennis courts, beach, and boat slips available for use on a first-come-first-served basis. This premier waterfront residential neighborhood community is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue freshwater surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.



This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.



Getting Around:

Our home is located in the The Waters sub-division. Our home is less than a five minute walk to the pool (seasonal) and tennis courts! We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with up to 6 vehicles. Level 2 EV Charger (Electric Car Charger) located in the garage.
