Welcome to your charming poolside retreat at the base of the Bridge of Lions! This home draws you in with its inviting presence: a large front yard, friendly sidewalks, and a spacious front porch flanked by bespoke lion statues and an iconic old tree that exude timeless charm. Located in St. Augustine, this home places you in one of the most popular, vibrant communities in Florida. It's truly a blend of comfort, beauty, and just a short walk over the Lions Bridge into downtown.

St. Augustine is known as the nation's Oldest City, it provides more than just picturesque cobblestone streets, historical landmarks, and immaculate beaches. It is the oldest continuously inhabited European-established community in the continental United States. There are a ton of fascinating tales and historical facts here as well.

You will have complete access to the home and the backyard.

The front bedroom is an airy haven with windows nearly at every corner, filling the room with light and offering an en-suite bath that also connects to the hall for easy access. The primary suite is a true retreat, with an electric fireplace, a cozy sitting nook, and windows that pour in sunlight. Slide open the barn doors to enter the expansive primary bath, with new fixtures and a refined touch that invites relaxation.

The third bedroom serves as a versatile space, ready to be your study, workout room, or a place to unwind. Step outside, and you’ll find an upgraded tropical paradise. A luxury pool with cascading water features is surrounded by fresh landscaping, meandering pavers, and a Hot Tub. A bonus firepit area under a mature tree makes for cozy nights, enhanced by a custom mural by famed Florida artist David Nackashi.

Sleeps 9: Full kitchen (fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker), towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with a flat-screen TV. Some of the amenities we have include:

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

General Guidelines

●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

POOL & HOT TUB RULES

●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the hot tub and/or pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.
●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub or pool.
●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the hot tub or pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the hot tub or pool to maintain cleanliness.
●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the hot tub or pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.
●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool or hot tub (e.g., diving, rough play).
●Damage: Any damage to the pool or hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
