The property has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two sofa beds, a full kitchen, a built-in laundry room, a balcony, and air conditioning in all rooms. It also has high speed internet so you can be connected at all times.



The main bedroom has a double bed, while the other three bedrooms have two single beds each. The bathrooms are equipped for your comfort.



The separate kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped with everything you need to cook and do laundry during your stay.



The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the views of the city while you relax with a cup of coffee or a book. In addition, it has air conditioning in all rooms for your comfort throughout your stay.



Inside the building there is an apartment under construction, which may generate noise in the unit.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
