We used the kayaks everyday, and enjoyed the beautiful updated accommodations. The hot tub was a huge bonus after a busy day visiting wineries, and enjoying the water. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Overall the stay was very nice, the house is a great size and the water access was great. The only "issue" was the outside of the property was covered in webs/bugs and the area between the screen and the door was filled with dead bugs.

We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious home and water access, Nicole. It’s unfortunate that the exterior webs and insects kept this from being a five-star stay. We appreciate the feedback and will have our team give these areas more attention.

Great location, beautiful lake view (but for downstairs as the dock was pulled out and stacked in front of the sliding glass door, thus obscuring the view).

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the location and the beautiful lake views. Unfortunately, with the size of the lot, we have limited space to work with regarding the dock, but there is still a clear view from the main living area and upstairs. We appreciate your understanding and hope you still had a wonderful stay.

Clean and convenient location!

We had a small group of adults in town for the Cayuga Lake holiday shopping spree, and Cozy on Cayuga was a perfect location, close to wineries and not from restaurants. The house was very clean, and well decorated! We would definitely go back!! I would love to see it in the summer and fall months. The moon coming up over the lake was beautiful!!! Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful views. House was stocked with all the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soaps, storage bags, garbage bags, paper towels). Enjoyed watching the osprey fish in the lake. The hot tub and fire pit in the evenings were a bonus!

Very Cozy.

This was a great home. Very comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and towels for the hot tub. For future renters, bring life jackets. The grill is propane and there is a keurig and a regular coffee maker.

The house was just what we needed for our family of four! It was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities, and the intangibles (the view, the location, the quiet community). The owner provided the fastest response to any communication that we’ve experienced. We were kept well-informed and knew exactly how to make our stay stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, if we return to the Finger Lakes on a future trip

Loved the location and being right on the lake. The house is 3 levels and there are 2 parking spaces. Management company responded quickly and we had no issues during our stay. They won’t allow for early check ins which is a bit disappointing even for an added cost. Would go back and stay again.

Relaxing and cozy week in the FLX!

Great house for our week long stay in the finger lakes! Sofas and beds were spacious and cozy, house was updated, very clean, and well stocked. Kitchen was easy to navigate and had more than enough to cook for our family of 4 all week. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean. Having the laundry room made it easy to tackle kid stains and accidents (iykyk). We loved using the kayaks provided and the hot tub was a nice relaxation spot on the few cooler nights we had. Lake is shallower here than expected and remained shallow very far out, but it was great for us since we have 2 small children! Vibe team was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend!
