Central Air Conditioning, Near the Beach, Gated Yard

Hi Marge, Thank you for your review and your stay at 8 Nauset. We are glad you enjoyed the proximity to the beach and found the size of the house to be perfect! I would like to address some of your remarks. Our mattresses are changed every 3 years, and they were changed just last year. The spacious couch has 1 year on it, and we do find it very comfortable. I am glad we offer 3 showers on property, 2 of which offer larger showers than in the master. I believe the tall weeds you are referring to are decorative sea grass located throughout the yard. We also addressed the leak and had our 24-hour on call handyman on site that very day to resolve the leak, thank you for alerting us to that. When you informed us of the A/C not working we had out hvac man the same day and resolved that problem. We have rented out our property for over 10 years and as you can see by the reviews posted on vrbo we enjoy a 4.9-star rating. We also have plans to update the slider and front door this year. Every year we do a project to improve the property. Yes, things do happen and we addressed them right away which does exhibit pride of ownership.
