Charming secluded Sea St home close to 3 beaches and downtown Hyannis and Ferries. 5 bedrooms- 4 queen, 1 king , finished basement with 4 twins-3 full bathrooms- 1 with a single person jacuzzi tub the other with both shower and tub. Large open floor kitchen/dining room. Wifi, washer/dryer, 3 TV's with cable. Living room with working fireplace. Large deck, yard & fire pit off the the kitchen, great for entertaining!! Finished walkout basement with fireplace, additional small kitchen, full bathroom. Pets allowed upon approval.

great house for a big group

The house was great for our group of 9 with three families, with so many bedrooms and other spaces and comfortable outdoor spaces. Easy walk to the beach and easy drive to everything else in Hyannis.

The property was large enough for ur crew and had all of the amenities that you look for in a weekly rental. There are numerous outdoor spaces to relax and unwind and enough internal room for different groups to pursue ways to relax without being on top of each other. Oh, and the ten minute walk to the beach didn't hurt either. the close proximity to Main St, Hyannis was also welcome.

Fantastic vacation week

Perfect for family vacation

This charming house was perfect for 7 adults and 5 children 11years to 2 years. It is within walking distance to downtown, but still a private relaxing home with a nice grassy yard off the beaten path. We loved it! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Amazing big back yard!

Fabulous backyard. Had kids and grandchildren in another nearby house and they came to run and play in the yard everyday. Marcus was great at communicating and even allowed us an early check in since people were driving in from other states. House had plenty of space all as described. Would highly recommend.

Excellent home and owners. So responsive. Place was super clean, had all amenities you could need. We ate out on the deck, grilled, used the fire pit and kids playset. The basement area was great for the teens! Local is great, fun shops, good food, and close to beach. If you bring bikes it’s a 2-3 min. Ike ride to the beach. We highly recommend this rental!

Green family reunion

The house was perfect for our group of four couples, with two young children, an infant and a great-grandma. The location was very convenient for walking to Main Street, the beach and the ferry. Everyone found fun activities in and around. Hyannis. The owners were very available and helpful with questions before the trip and house issues during it. Highly recommended.

The house was beautiful, perfect for our needs. The kids (age 2-6) slept downstairs in the game room and had a great time. Enough bathrooms and bedrooms for our party of 14 (8 adults, 4 small kids). Plenty of parking on the driveway, safe neighborhood. Beware google maps takes you to the back of the house, not the driveway but we figured it out. There is a trolley stop right in front of the driveway that is very convenient, takes you to beaches and downtown if you don’t want to walk or drive (summer months only). The hosts are very responsive.

Inviting home

The pictures don’t do the property justice. The house & grounds are beautiful. The home has many upgrades, the kitchen has every convenience, the decor is inviting, there is much attention to detail. The backyard is fabulous. Lots of different areas to explore & relax in, depending on your mood. The hosts were excellent at responding to my questions before the trip. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation Time

We chose this home for our annual family beach vacation. With 7 adults and two children, ages of 2 and 6, we needed a large home with space for all of us to have together and alone time. The photos did not adequately display how nicely this house met our needs. The rooms were large, well furnished and cheerfully decorated. An added characteristic was the beautiful deck and back yard. We also enjoyed how close the house was to several beaches. Normally, we vacation in Delaware. All of us were very happy with the many fun attractions offered by Cape Cod.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Hyannis! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location is unbeatable — just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, where we spent our mornings enjoying the ocean breeze. In the evenings, we loved the easy 15-minute stroll into downtown Hyannis for dinner, ice cream, and shopping.One of our favorite parts of the property was the spacious backyard. It was perfect for games and lounging, and the fire pit quickly became a nightly tradition. The large deck was ideal for outdoor dining and morning coffee — truly a private oasis!The host was absolutely fantastic — incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Cape Cod!

Great location and place for an extended family vacation

Our party consisted of my wife and I, our 3 adult children and their significant others, two grandchildren and one dog! The house was clean and as described. Everyone was extremely happy about the room they were in (lots of nice big beds). There is a deck, a wonderful back yard (including a swing set) and patio, as well as a finished basement that is a wonderful place for adults to hide in during the day (to work) and for hanging out/playing games in the evening. You can easily walk to the Keyes Memorial Beach which is great for young kids and also take a slightly longer walk to Main Street in Hyannis. To cap it off, my sister was able to rent a different house that was a 3 minute walk away that allowed us to get together with her family too.

Great house in a great location!

This is the second year we stayed at this property and we were very happy with it again. There is plenty of space for a large group, a great backyard, and best of all, the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The hosts, Kristen and Marcus, are very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice House in Good Location

The renters were very communicative and the house was better than the pictures showed. The back deck and yard were excellent along with the firepit. We spent a lot of time out there. Plenty of rooms and space for our whole extended family. The basement was great for the teens in our group. The location was good as well. Unfortunately the beach near the house had some bacteria issues in the water so we couldn’t swim there. However, there was another wonderful beach about 10 mins away that works great. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Perfect location!

The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures! It was the perfect house for a big family get together. The kids enjoyed the backyard and making s’mores over the fire pit. It’s in a great location - a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to downtown Hyannis. We would definitely go back!

Best location!

We’ve stayed at this house 3 years in a row. We love it! Lots of room for activities and it is in the best location. The house is walking distance to a beach and restaurants.

Wonderful beach week!

This house met all our needs. We were 3 families with adult children. There was room for everyone. We found the shared spaces for meals and games more than adequate. It’s a great bonus that the owners provide linens. The yard and deck around the house were beautiful and we played many outdoor games. Walking to the beach and/or using the beach pass provided by the owners worked out fantastic. Kalmus Beach was our favorite! Thank you Marcus and Kristen for a wonderful beach vacation. Your home is beautiful and we will definitely return.

Great Location for a large family group

The location of this property was excellent and within walking distance from three beaches and downtown Hyannis. The house was comfortable for a large extended family group. Highly recommended!

Awesome location and plenty of space

We had a big family gathering with multiple families, kids ranging from 1-17, etc, and the house worked perfectly. 5 bedrooms with 4 queens and 1 king, and then the basement which could sleep 6 if you wanted. Air Conditioners kept the place cool all week, the kitchen sat around 11 total, and there was plenty of outdoor seating on the deck or below on the patio with an awesome outdoor shower. To me it was the perfect rental, where all the finishes were nice, but not so nice that you are afraid of using them if that makes sense. .3 mile walk to Keyes beach was perfect, and only 1 mile to Veterans beach in the cove. They supplied one parking pass which worked perfect to get coolers and beach chairs to the beach. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely rent again for a big gathering.
