The large back yard offers plenty of room to stretch your legs and engage in a game or two of catch before dinner.

When you’re ready to begin your greater Tampa exploration, head into historic Ybor City to wander through its cobblestone streets adorned with colorful buildings and immerse yourself in the rich Latin heritage. For those craving outdoor adventures, the waterfront parks offer endless possibilities. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the scenic Tampa Riverwalk, admiring stunning views of the Hillsborough River and downtown skyline. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and patio access.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin-to-queen convertible bed and dedicated workspace.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower, and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway and street parking available for 3 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with 4 external security cameras. The first is located on the front door, actively monitoring the front entry, front of house, and driveway. The second is located on the front window facing the driveway and front of the house but is inactive. The third is on the back door which actively monitors the rear of the home. The fourth is on the patio door actively monitoring the patio and backyard.

Due to the presence of metallic minerals like iron and manganese, the water may have a metallic taste or odor. These metals get into the water as it moves through underground rocks and sediment. While these minerals are not harmful, they may affect the taste. By booking this property, you acknowledge the well water system and its natural characteristics.
