The living room has an attached private outdoor patio, wood burning fireplace (wood provided), Smart Samsung flat screen TV with soundbar, Playstation 4 along with free cable TV and Free Password Protected Wifi.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with an attached master bath en-suite, with a shower/tub combo. The den off of the kitchen includes a Bunk Bed ( XL Twin over XL Twin ) and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room plus a full shared bathroom (shower only).
There is one flight of stairs from the parking garage to reach this unit and it is all one level inside.
Crestview condominiums offers a cozy rec room with fireplace, pool table and community BBQ (summer only), 2 outdoor Jacuzzi and Sauna and a great forest/backyard for the kidsto play in the snow.
Two parking passes with unit. One is an assigned space in parking garage C space #3, the other is first-come first-serve in unmarked spaces in the garage and outside of garage C.
