The space

Welcome to 'Peaceful Dunes' – the ultimate dream vacation home!

As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the beautifully decorated and spacious interior, designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious living area on this floor includes a wet bar and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, perfect for unwinding after a fun day at the beach. Step outside onto the first floor patio, where you can lounge on the daybed swing, gather around the dining table, or play a friendly game of ping pong!

Also on the first floor, you'll find three spacious bedrooms, two with King beds and en-suite bathrooms, plus one bunk room with four sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks and a private hallway bathroom.

Traveling up to the second floor is where you'll find two more King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus the open-concept kitchen, dining room, and two main living rooms. One of these living rooms has a cozy fireplace, and the other has access out to the pool deck area. There is also a half bathroom on this floor.

Outside, the second-story private pool is a highlight, offering the most breathtaking gulf views. The outdoor kitchen, dining area, and sundeck are perfect for entertaining, and there is even a private bathroom with a shower outside as well!

The third floor is home to the luxurious Master Bedroom, which features a King bed, en-suite bathroom, it's OWN washer/dryer in the closet, and a private balcony with more amazing Gulf Views!

Also on the third floor, enjoy a cozy sitting area with a wet bar, an office space with a desk/chair, and a small fitness room with a TV for a quick workout.

Best of all, you're just a few houses off of the beach (about a 3-minute walk), where you can enjoy the sugar-white sand and crystal-clear waters of 30A! There is an outdoor shower conveniently waiting for you at the home, perfect for rinsing off afterward!

Guest access

There is room for 1 car in the garage, plus an additional 4 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation, and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Damages that occurred will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
