Guests come back to our condo year after year! It is the beachcomber floor plan which is the largest plan of the two-bedroom condos at Splash. We just completed a huge renovation that makes our condo even more desirable. We took out the carpet in the master bedroom and replaced it with beautiful tile that looks like hardwood. We took the old tile out of the master bath and used the same new tile that is in the master bedroom, it is gorgeous! We also put in all new stainless steel appliances and new cabinets in our kitchen. We added a new oversized chair to the family room and added two smart tv's that now hang on the walls in both bedrooms.

Rate includes taxes & cleaning. Guest pays $45 fee (total) for parking and pool passes directly to resort.

There is an additional service fee charged by vrbo for online booking based on the price of the particular week you are renting.

Perfect Family Time

Perfect stay! Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Room was as described, came with 2 chairs and umbrella. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with and would definitely rent again.

Great property for families

This is a great property for families. There is a kids area as well as pools and of course, that beach! This property is close to Pier Park and lots of restaurants are nearby. The property manager is very easy to work with and overall a great place to stay! Would stay again!

Great condo and great vacation!

With four adults and four kids, this condo was perfect to accommodate everyone without feeling cramped! Beautiful decor and modern kitchen. We had a blast at Splash Resort! Owner is very friendly and quick to respond!

The room was beautiful and it was a quiet location.

This resort was one of my favorites. Especially loved the chair guys on the beach. They were very attentive and helpful. The room is beautiful and my kids all fit perfectly.

Family vacation!

Everything about this stay was absolutely phenomenal! From the booking to the check-in and everything that came after was super easy and just as described. It was our first family vacation as a whole and it could not have gone any better! The location was perfect and The view was absolutely stunning!! We will definitely be returning in the future as well as referring our loved ones!!

Week trip with 4 kids

This was our favorite vacation yet with our kids. The water park area was great for our kids 3-10 years old. This condo easily slept our party of seven. Having a pack n play was a real plus. Beach set up was complimentary and easy to register. Good restaurants and shopping are nearby. We hope to be back soon. Owner was really easy to work with and helpful. My one suggestion would be if you have smaller children to bring a stroller. Parking garage is across the street but coonecyed to main buildings.

Nice pools for young children, condo needs some updating.

Overall, Splash is great for families with young children...especially for the Pools. This unit had a great florplan; however, the condo needs some updating. Not impressed with the carpet being frayed and worn out. Made me not want to walk barefoot on it. Would suggest tile instead. The master bath was large and nice. The sofa wasn't comfortable to sit/lounge on. Also, the arm chair in the living area was stained and not appealing to sit on. There really needs to be another lounge chair for more seating... The sofa and 1 other chair are not enough when you have 3+ adults. There were NO remotes that worked for any of the 3 DVD players, which is very inconvenient..You had to manually press the play button to start, which also meant you couldn't pause, fast forward, etc. I know you're there for the beach, but at night a DVD is welcomed at times and a working remote is needed. There was a short in the front bathroom outlet, so only 1 outlet worked. Overall, the unit worked well for the purpose of a beach visit. However, updating is needed to make me chose this condo unit again.

I am sorry that you were unhappy with our condo. I wish that you had let me know while you were there so that I could have had an opportunity to take care of these things. We have an on-site maintenance person who would have been able to bring up remotes and fix the outlet right away. There was no reason to go the week without. If I don't know about a problem, I can't fix it. Also, there is carpet in the two bedrooms, the rest of the condo is tile. I will definitely look at the carpet when I go there in a few weeks. It is very important to me to keep our condo updated so I take your review very seriously. If the chair is stained, I would want to get it cleaned or replace it if it can't be cleaned. I don't want stained furniture in our condo either. Again, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy our condo, I wish you had given me an opportunity to address these things while you were there.

Communication and property beautiful

Fast response from owner on all questions. Property was as shown. It is a family resort and great for little ones. The only negatives were pool closes at 10, Tiki bar stops selling food at 7 and the elevators are super busy and slow. We had a great time.

A Great Week

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was great for two families with kids. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Jennifer was an amazing host and answering any questions we had prior to our trip. We would stay here again and are looking forward to coming back in the future! Arrival and check in was a little crazy with everyone checking in at the same time and trying to get their luggage to their rooms, but that is something out of the host control. Next time, we will plan a little differently. We will check in and head straight to the pools with the kids for a bit and wait for the rush to settle before we try to bring up our luggage.

We had a fantastic time at Splash! What more could you ask for? A beach front condo with a balcony facing the ocean, beach front swimming pool, a lazy river, a splash zone for kids.... and an excellent souvenir shop across the street! A+++

This place was amazing

I absolutely Loved the unit we stayed in!! The view was breathtaking and the cleanliness was perfect! We had everything we needed and the check in process was great! Jennifer was outstanding when needed to get ahold of and making sure everything was in order for our arrival! I would Highly recommended this place!

Highly recommended place to stay

We had very good time in this property. Sunset view from the balcony was awesome. We also witnessed dolphins in the deep sea from our balcony. House is very spacious and well organized. Our kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk bed. Definitely we will revisit and stay in the same unit for future trips. Host Jennifer was super helpful.

Baseball Trip

We were down for a baseball Tournament, and after long days at the field it was the perfect relaxation spot. The condo was huge. The couch and chair were so comfortable. The views from the balcony were amazing and we even slept with the balcony open so we could here the waves at night. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

Family Memories

The unit was perfect for my son and daughter, their spouses and 3 grandchildren. The bunk area was adorable and the kids loved it. Jennifer was great from giving me recommendations on a quiet, local grocery store to running home to update my door security code when I couldn’t locate it at check in.

Great place for a family

This place was great and provided a good experience for our family. The pools were cold which meant our kids didn’t want to use the waterpark. The view from the balcony was amazing and we ate lunch there most days.

We live south of Nashville with our young children. We met in college in Georgia and have been going to Florida forever. We love Panama City Beach and think it has the most beautiful beach in the world.

We put in two full size beds for the bunks taking sleeping accommodations in the bunk area from 2 to 4. Also, both master and guest bedrooms have king size beds and we have a sleeper sofa in the family room. We can accommodate 8 comfortably.
