This is your dream condo on the Gulf!
Located on the 11th floor, Renovated condo, new cabinets in kitchen and baths, granite counter tops, all new stainless kitchen appliances, 100% new furnishings with all new mattresses and springs & 4 new flat screen televisions. Fiesta ware, Cuisinart cookware and all the equipment you need to cook as comfortably and efficiently as at home, if desired.

The private balcony is 12 x 24, and features a table with 6 comfy chairs and Sofa and 2 club chairs- truly another living space with fabulous views of the beach. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in paradise or relax while the sun goes down on another beautiful day at the beach.

The master bath features a fully tiled shower rather than a tub/shower combination. The guest bath does have a tub and shower combo, but with a newly tiled surround. All new linens are ready and waiting!

The 1st guest bedroom features two queen beds with new bedding, and a 22' flat screen TV, custom closet with plenty storage. The 2nd guest bedroom provides an additional queen bed and 22' flat screen TV.

The master bedroom will delight you with its king-sized bed, 42" flat panel TV, furnishings and fabulous views of the gulf through the glass sliders accessing the balcony.

The living room offers more incredible views of the gulf through the sliders, access to the balcony, a 52" smart flat screen TV, stereo sound bar system with Bluetooth. You'll find books and board games on hand to enjoy. Free WiFi will allow you to stay as connected as you choose to be! The dining table seats six comfortably, with additional seating for 2 at the adjacent granite countertop.

We want you to have all the comforts of home as you enjoy every minute of your well-deserved vacation - we have furnished it just as if we lived there all year. Be our guest!

We really enjoyed this condo. It had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the whole family. We had two adults and two kids (13 and 9). The balcony was my favorite spot. I could sit out there all day and just listen to the ocean. We ate several meals out on the balcony and just enjoyed the ocean view. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. We went down early each morning to setup our chairs on the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool. It rained while we were there so the indoor pool was a nice benefit. I did not realize the indoor pool was across the parking lot from the pictures, so that was different from other condos we have stayed out. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The location was perfect, just steps from the beach that offered stunning views and easy access for morning walks and sunset strolls. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight of the trip was witnessing a turtle hatching event—one evening, we watched dozens of baby turtles make their adorable journey to the water, a truly unforgettable experience! I’d highly recommend this place for its prime location, immaculate condition, and the chance to connect with nature in such a special way.

Fabulous Condo in a Great Location

We loved staying in this condo. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the accessories we could need for cooking/preparing our beach lunches and snacks! My kids both raved about the queen beds and how comfortable they were. The only issues we had were not with the condo, but the building itself. Only one elevator was working all week. My husband got stuck inside it on our last day there as we were loading up to leave. (11 flights of stairs with luggage is NOT a fun way to end a vacation!) One evening, we completely lost water for a little while. Overall, we would stay here again. I hope the building management changes before we come back again!

Shrimp Festival Vacation

We were in town for our annual Shrimp Festival trip. The accommodations were clean and convenient to everything. The hosts are excellent. We had a question and they answered immediately. No complaints at all. We will definitely be back.

Best Family Vacation!

We had the best time! We loved this condo. The check in/check out process was so easy. Before we arrived to the condo we purchased our parking tickets. The host was great about communication. The condo was in a great location and a short walk to the beach. We will be back!!

Great week at the beach!

Place was as advertised and we had a relaxing, wonderful week. Beds were comfortable and there was a nice starter amount of laundry and dish detergent. Great view of the gulf and beach. TV remotes and fan/light remotes were tricky as one room could control the light and fan in another room. We were able to make meals with the many pans, bowls and utensils. We were told about an issue with noise from the washer before we arrived, but it wasn’t a problem. We appreciated the heads up. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. Actually ate many meals there. Pool was refreshing and, of course, loved our time at the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

"Spacious condo with wonderful views, close to shopping, restaurants, and various attractions."

I recently booked this condo for a stay with my family members, and we had an amazing time. Very spacious and nicely furnished

We really enjoyed our time at the beach. The patio was our favorite place in the condo as it is very big and comfortable. We had a few issues that got me a little frustrated but when I brought them up to the host, she was willing to try to accommodate us.

Just A Heads Up

A few things I would want to know as a future guest that we were not aware of: parking is an additional $45 per vehicle, and only up to 2 vehicles are allowed. Also, “Sometimes the code cancels a little before 10”. This was a huge inconvenience for my group as they were locked out of the room while gathering the rest of their belongings around 9:30. My friend’s asthma inhaler was locked in the room as she had a panic attack. Meanwhile, we were unsuccessful contacting the host and didn’t get a response from her until 3:00 that afternoon letting us know about the door malfunction. Eventually, the housekeeper showed up and that’s how they were able to re-enter. Regarding the actual stay, the property was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the strong water pressure in the guest bathroom, the view/size of the balcony was great, and the property was in a great location right on the beach.

The paying for the parking should be included in the cost. We received a citation for not paying but it was paid. The guy at the front gate was no help. There were 25 citations on cars in the parking lot the day we received ours. We called and the company informed us they were having computer issues but why leave so many warnings.

We are from Cajun Country in Louisiana with 3 grown children. We love to have a good time and we love to vacation in Orange Beach. We have busy schedules and the beach is our favorite place to get away and relax.

We love the Laid Back lifestyle of Orange Beach. Windward Pointe is a beautiful, well kept property with great amenities, and the location is in the heart of everything. The State Park/Back Country Trails is across the street and has incredible walking and biking trails and bridges through beautiful wetlands. The boating is also the best around.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We chose this property after a year of researching Florida and Alabama. It has a large balcony and room for our 3 children and friends. It is totally renovated, new furniture, bedding and amenities. It is so relaxing and centrally located. The laid back lifestyle of Orange Beach is just perfect with so many activities to do.
