✓ Gated Community: This property is located within the gated community of Palmetto Dunes. A car pass is required for each vehicle. One paid car pass is included with your reservation.
✓ Please contact your Host prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes for $35 per week if needed.
✓ Pool Safety: Pools and hot tubs do not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ Minimum Age Requirement: Renters must be 25 years or older.
✓ Quiet Hours: The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
