Our offering: Our new 2-level recently redone Beach house. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathrm outshines the competition. Family accommodations up to 8-guests: total of 5 beds.

There is plenty of table space if you choose to stay in for the evening playing a board game, enjoying your favorite cocktails with friends or dabbling in a hand or two of Poker.


Beach:
We are located just 1-Block to the beach, boardwalk, and water park. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. Enjoy free movies on Sunday night, Wednesday night Beach Fireworks, and Thursday free concert all on the beach….


Activities:
Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Dining from Hemingway's Café to Klee's Famous Irish Bar/Grill or no cover charge on Boardwalk nightclubs featuring all possible genre music or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes away).

And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 15-minute ride).

ITEMS TO NOTES:
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

2) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

3) There is another house in front of the property that may be occupied by the owner during your stay.

4) If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, the main living area contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room.

5) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.

6) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $10 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.

7) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.

8) Pets, if permitted, incur a daily fee.

9) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

10) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
