Welcome to the Beachnut Hideaway! This stunning home with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and luxury finishes offers the perfect place to unwind and relax! Located in a no wake cove which is ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, or simply soaking up the sun! Breathtaking views of the main channel at mile marker 24. Located in the highly sought after Shawnee Preserve subdivision.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen is perfect for gathering and entertaining. It features a dining table with seating for six, a large island with seating for four, a coffee bar with drip and K cup coffee makers, beverage cooler, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and amazing views!
Living Room
The living room features vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, an electric fireplace, mounted flat screen TV, a sofa with queen size bed, and two accent chairs. There are sliding glass doors that lead onto the waterfront balcony where you will find a seating area with a chair and sectional, a dining table with seating for six, and a blackstone grill.
Master
Wake up to lake views in the master bedroom which is located on the main floor. It features a king-size bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, and floor length mirror. There is an attached master bath with two separate vanities, large walk in shower and a spacious walk in closet.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located on the main floor and features a queen size bed, nightstands, and a closet.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is located on the main level and features a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.
Downstairs Living
The downstairs living area features a couch, love seat, mounted flat screen TV over the electric fireplace, wet bar with beverage cooler, and sliding doors that lead on to the lower balcony where you will find six Adirondack chairs.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located on the lower level and features a king-sized bed, closet, and a dresser with gorgeous lake views.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom features a single vanity sink and a tiled shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen size bed, nightstands, closet, and a dresser.
Bathroom 4
The fourth bathroom features a double vanity sink and a walk-in shower.

The fifth bedroom features two bunk beds. A twin over full and a full over full.
Outside
Down on the private dock you will find a dining table, sun loungers, wet steps for easy access to swimming in the no wake cove, stand up paddle board, kayak, and space to moor your boat on the side of the dock.

Located in the exclusive Shawnee Preserve subdivision with PRIME location in a no-wake cove on the 24-mile marker. This home is located just minutes from some of the lakes most popular lakefront bars and restaurant`s, including The Cave, Paradise Bar & Grill, Frankie & Louie`s, Captain Ron`s, and More! Also located just a short drive from Osage Beach and the Bagnell Dam Strip.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a
name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $1500 before check-in. By
completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and
condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
