- You’ll have two reserved parking spots—one in the garage and one right in front of it—woohoo! Please note that these spaces are best suited for small cars. The garage is 13.5' W x 13.5' L x 6.5' H. The driveway is 16' L x 8' W. If you’re bringing a larger vehicle, no worries! We’ve got you covered with details about convenient paid parking options in Capitola Village.

With a relaxed atmosphere, Capitola is a paradise for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Stroll along the picturesque Capitola Beach and explore the unique shops and eateries. The city's scenic beauty, combined with a vibrant community, creates a perfect beachfront destination. Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- The neighborhood is lively and conveniently located near a main road, which means there’s occasional traffic noise. If a quiet environment is essential for your stay, please keep this in mind.
- You’ll have two reserved parking spots—one in the garage and one right in front of it—woohoo! Please note that these spaces are best suited for small cars. The garage is 13.5' W x 13.5' L x 6.5' H.
