Summary:
Beautiful and spacious 2 bed, 2 bath, corner unit condo with ocean views is located on the 3rd floor and has 1,475 sq. ft. of living area. The condo, with tasteful island design, has indoor/outdoor dining, 4 tiled lanais with spectacular ocean, sunset, beach and coastline views. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.

The Space:
Two car garage parking and secure elevator access. Building is of concrete construction and offers a cabana, swimming pool and BBQ. Great location across the street from the Kahaluu Beach Park.

The primary bedroom has a King bed, overhead fan, private bath with toilet, shower, bath tub and hair dryer, 2 balconies one with ocean view and one with garden view. The guest bedroom features 2 extra-long twins bed, bath with toilet, shower, bath tub and hair dryer, flat screen TV, overhead fan and 1 balcony with garden view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, ice maker, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, 4 burner electric stove top range and oven. You don't need to pack as much as there's a washer and dryer in the unit!

We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO AC IN THE UNIT.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas.
Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.
These terms help us maintain the quality and comfort of our vacation rentals for all guests.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. On site manager Kim was awesome. We didn’t need anything in particular, but she was friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to figure out how to get the neighbors to clean up the property next door. Lot of trash, and burned up stuff.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed staying at this home away from home. Very close to the beach for snorkeling, love the sunsets and sitting on the big lani. Would definitely come back to this unit again.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Great location, clean and spacious condo. Well equipped kitchen. It was just as described in pictures. Staff was very friendly. Only regret my wife had was not finishing the evening jigsaw puzzle.

Amazing location. Condo was awesome. Can hear the surf from the master bedroom. Pool was clean and not a lot of chlorine. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Spacious and with 4 lanais!

The space was beautiful, spacious and had 4 separate lanais. The waves crashing on the beach were louder than the traffic. We will return there!

Very nice place, just need some updates with Furniture, also the shower pans in both showers. Need to be replaced because after cleaning they still look dirty.

Beautiful location and unit

Condo has a beautiful view, convenient location for exploring and snorkeling. The condo is furnished beautifully with everything you and your family could need. The whole family loved spending time in the pool. The complex was friendly and quiet. We will book again!

An amazing stay

Pictures do not do this place justice. Huge spaces, beautiful views in three directions (!), and a feeling of privacy. The four lanais we’re great and it was amazing to wake up to ocean views. The place was clean and well-appointed and even had equipment you can borrow. Less than a block away from one of the better snorkeling beaches we visited. We used the car to get to shops and restaurants.

Perfect location!

We were in the middle of all of the places we wanted to go. The views from the condo were gorgeous. It had everything you'd ever need. Including a closet filled with snorkel gear, boogie boards, chairs & a cooler! Even big beach towels! We never wanted to leave.:))

Beautiful View

It was nice to have this condo for just three people! Love the furniture and decorations! It was a little hot for me, but luckily they have fans. Beautiful view from the master bedroom morning and night. It was nice to use the pool everyday, mostly empty all the time. Well stocked kitchen. We will definitely come back to this property!

Cross the street you can go to the beach, unit is clean, but no AC as listed, it actually very cool at night if you open the windows, but ko-kee and roster wake you up at 4am every day, so nature!

A wonderful, spacious, beautiful, well-equipped condo!

This has been the most wonderful place to stay. It is BEAUTIFULLY furnished, and so spacious. The extensive lanais give sunset views but avoid overheating. The layout is fantastic because the bedroom suites are on opposite ends of the unit. We greatly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the extensive dishware that allowed for beautiful table settings. This is our preferred neighborhood on the Kona coast because of its proximity to snorkeling, its nearness to both Kailua and the coffee country, and its close proximity to shopping—all without noisiness. We stayed a month and it quickly felt like home. Extra kudos to the decorator!!

Good stay, great place, incorrect contactless entry details

We arrived late in the evening and had the directions on how to access the unit - they were wrong. We called the support line and they were helpful although it took direction to 2 other parties to get someone to the parking garage to help us access the elevator and then the condo. Once entered, all was good. The property is fantastic. Well appointed, large, airy, with great views and in a great location. Grand Welcome (the management company) were also very responsive when we had questions.

Cute place! Need earplugs, and don’t put certain things in the dryer.

We were just there in the evenings. Very cute place. Convenient with washer/dryer. Dryer ripped off a few of my ties from a hoodie and 2 pairs of swim shorts. I wouldn’t recommend putting anything with string ties in the dryer. Close to beach. Only complaint is no A/C, and super high fees. If you are just there in the evening, fans and screen doors are great for air flow. The rooster somewhere in that neighborhood crows at about 4 am so I highly recommend ear plugs.

Well stocked, good location and lots of space, but noisy rooster woke us up every night

We really wanted to give it 5 stars like the other reviewers because we agreed with all the positive things they said, but we had to hold back one star for the following reasons: (1) There was a wild rooster at the undeveloped land next door and it started crowing loudly at around 3 AM everyday. Most days it was not too bad but one day it was non-stop from 3 AM to 6 AM! Because the unit had no air conditioning, we couldn't close the patio doors because it would get too hot. (2) There were lots of tiny, water-loving bugs moving around by the sinks of the master bathroom. It didn't bother us too much but might freak someone else out. (3) We didn't see any smoke detectors in the unit. (4) We called the property management at 3:30 PM one day because the electricity was out. Although the office didn't close until 4 PM, no one answered the phone when we called and no one ever called back after we left a voice mail message. The power did come back eventually but someone should have called us back as a common courtesy. If we can't find somewhere better the next time in Kona, we will book this unit again.

Wonderful 12-day vacation for a family of 4 (2-high teens)

Pros: You'll have 2 covered & reserved parking spaces! No need to look for a shared "available" space. VERY spacious and views from all 4 decks: one is ocean-side, other 3 are facing tropical jungle which you'll see lots of wild birds. All rooms are VERY spacious. We loved their decorations and furniture set. They have no A/C, but night wind is cool enough, so no worry. Pretty much all necessary items are already waiting for you, so, check-in first, check all the storages in the unit, then go grocery and other shops. They even have snorkeling sets in there. You will be surprised how perfect they are. We also left many items for others: chopsticks, condiments, sunbrella, beach-sheet, floating tubes, etc. Cons: 1) Ants and roaches. Yes, this unit is on the top of the building, but They quickly delivered a chemical spray & pesticide food with which I killed 2 roaches and lots of ants. I did not see roaches after that, but ants kept showing up on both bathrooms. I kept fruits and snacks in the refrig just in case. 2) Laundry washer. It bangs so loud when rinsing and spinning. You have to stop it quickly when it starts banging, rebalance the loads, then try again. You'll need to do so for many times, which was a real pain. You can NOT leave it running unattended. You wait in front of the washer when rinsing and spinning phase every time you run it. I hope those 2 cons get resolved by our next visit.

Worked perfectly for Grandma and 5 college age grandchildren

This is not your usual condo complex. It is more like renting someone's home. There seem to be only 15 units on 3 floors, all with covered, underground parking. it is only a half block to Keahou State Beach, a perfect snorkeling beach where we saw lots of fish and turtles. The condo is spacious (over 1400 square feet). Only 2-3 of the condos seemed to be rented during our week stay, so the pool was empty other than for us. My suspicion is that the owners may not rent their units, but keep them for their own use. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans. There is even a rice cooker, which we used. Plenty of linens and towels, and even snorkeling equipment in a closet. We brought minimal clothing, so the washer and dryer was used. The location was perfect for us. Short driving distance to WalMart and Safeway (about 12-15 mins). Sheraton was close where we went to their luau. Great! Don't miss the Manta Ray nite snorkel trips. Just a couple of negatives: no AC, which did not bother me as their were lots of fans, both ceiling and portable. There is a rooster next door who wakes you up at 6, but he stops after 2-3 mins and you go back to sleep. We grew to love him! It would have been helpful to have a broom, dustpan, and wet mop. If they were there, we didn't find them. I would highly recommend this excellent property. If you are looking however for a rental with activities, such as at the large chain condos, this is not the place. Can't wait to come back. Forgot to say great rate!

Home away from home

Everything was convenient and comfortable. Private yet near all the best places. We loved our staycation so much that we booked this very same villa for next month. Looks like we truly just found our home away from home;)

Great location and nice property -- with one notable exception

This property is conveniently located in Kona with outstanding snorkeling available just a two minute walk away!! Great views from the many balconies and the unit is very well furnished (note: no air conditioning, but there is good air flow so that it isn't a huge issue) Only one complaint -- the beds in the unit are extremely uncomfortable and squeaky!!

Spacious, stylish, great views from the Master lanai.

Very spacious condo affording great views of the bay from the master lanai and seperate bedrooms on each end of the floor plan affording privacy for two couples. Storage everywhere, nice bathrooms, stylish Hawaiian decor, and one very large central lanai with three smaller lanais. The elevator was out on our arrival and we had to haul our gear up three flights, but the rental team was responsive and the problem was fixed by the following morning. Great locale, and situated in a building with only twelve units, I think, which makes it peaceful. For two couples it was a good value.
