Ditch the Parking Hassles (1.5 Miles / ~30-Min Walk): Avoid strict 2-hour parking limits and expensive lots at the water's edge. Our home is a straightforward 1.5-mile walk or a quick 5-minute drive to the Marina, lake beaches, Whole Foods, and Heavenly Village.

Leave your car in our driveway! Our neighborhood is served by Lake Link, South Shore's 100% free, app-based rideshare service. Simply summon a comfortable van via the app, and it will arrive in about 15 minutes to take you, your coolers, and your beach gear straight to the village, beaches, or casinos for free.
Casino Nightlife (5-Minute Drive): Just a few minutes by car or free shuttle to the Stateline casinos for world-class summer concerts, live comedy shows, and casino table games.

Occupancy Rules (Strictly City Enforced):
Maximum Occupancy: Accommodates up to 8 adults maximum, up to 5 children aged 13 and under are exempt from the adult count, allowing a maximum combination of 13 total family guests.
Noise Enforcement:
Noise regulations are strictly enforced by the City of South Lake Tahoe. If neighbors report excessive noise and law enforcement is called, the city may issue citations ranging from approximately $1,500 to $5,000 to both the guest and the owner. Any fines or penalties resulting from guest behavior are the responsibility of the guest.
Minimum Renter Age: The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
