This magnificent home sits on 2 fenced-in acres of pristine land on a cul-de-sac. It is peaceful and private. It is also located within minutes to the 'Glamorous' Cape May Beaches, Historic Down Town, Most Renowned Restaurants in the area, Best Bird Watching, Higbee Beach, Best Wineries, most played Golf Courses and with out a doubt...some terrific places to sight-see.
Enter the home through an elegant foyer. An open floor plan allows you to immediately experience the sunken great room with 30 foot ceilings and an eye catching grand fireplace that features a 70' flat screen TV. The Great Room opens up into a state of the art Kitchen that also features an 12' Dining table. It was designed to amaze everyone who loves to cook but also designed for large family gatherings. It has top of the line, stainless steel appliances...Thermador, commercial grade gas, 6 burner range with griddle and double oven, GE Monogram refrigerator/freezer, commercial grade dishwasher, over sized microwave and a GE Monogram wine refrigerator with a separate bar area. A 14' center island allows for more than enough counter space for a few people to be preparing food together. There is seating for 6 people at the island.
Every Bedroom was designed to make you feel like you are in staying in a five star resort! There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor...3 bedrooms on the second floor.The Master Suite, located on the first floor, has a door leading out to your own backyard oasis. Every Bathroom was made to feel like you are being pampered at a high end spa. There are 3 1/2 baths on the first floor...2 full baths on the second floor. A Children's Playroom is on the second floor. It has black rubber mat flooring, painted chalkboard walls, a craft table, flat screen TV with Xbox and lots of toys! The Billiard Room is located on the second floor overlooking the great room It consists of a billiards table, bar with sink, refrigerator and seating to accommodate large groups.

The Backyard...A Dream Come True! From the amazing 35' in-ground pool, children's playground on rubber mulch, covered pergola with sofas, outdoor speakers on porch, and a shallow swim area (1 1/2 ft deep) to accommodate the youngest of kids looking to play... or an adult looking to sink a chair, enjoy a cocktail, and chat with friends or family. To prevent any unnecessary accidents or concerns that parents may have with children and a pool... the pool has a fence around it that can be locked when its not being used.
The Back Patio...designed with a slate floor, a gorgeous mahogany ceiling and 2 ceiling fans. One of my favorite places to be! You will enjoy grilling in the outdoor, enclosed kitchen while enjoying the view of the backyard and the pool. The convenience and luxury of having an over sized gas grill, refrigerator, storage cabinets, sink and beautiful granite counter tops are all right at your fingertips!. A separate, outdoor sitting area with cozy couches, area rug, coffee table and a flat screen TV...great place to catch the morning/evening news, read a book or take an afternoon snooze!
