Condo had a great view. Front desk staff was very friendly and had easy access to beach. Condo was very clean. Couches were even steam cleaned. Lots of parking and close to everything.

Excellent location. Clean and welcoming. Well equipped kitchen. Beach view is spectacular. Great parking and front desk employees are very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend and will return.Note:Slider door from living room to balcony hard to open and close but we managed.

We absolutely loved our stay in Santa Rosa Beach and would definitely recommend. The view from the balcony unmatched, however we now have large biceps from opening the sliding door to get there.The unit was very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Neighbors were very quiet. All building employees were extremely polite and helpful. The location was ideal plenty of places for shopping and dining options within a few minutes drive. Will recommend to friends.

We loved the room and beach access. Things that bothered us during our stay was the construction being done outside that was extremely loud daily and the fact that the exterminator showed up to spray our unit for bugs while we were there. We did not have bugs and none of this would stop us from staying here again.

The condo was clean and well equipped in the kitchen. We had plenty of towels and it was helpful that there was a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels. The view is amazing from the room and the boardwalk view is magical. We had excellent service when the garbage disposal quit workingā€”repaired within an hour. We did not give 5 stars though, because the beds were terribly saggy and creaky.

The location and views were amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable! The bathrooms need updating and some furniture needs replacing. The couches have an odor probably from wet swimsuits over the years. The balcony furniture is cheap and disappointing. Will definitely look for a different condo in this building! Great location!

It was a nice stay

The place was nice and we enjoyed the seventh floor! It was sandy upon arrival and needed a deeper clean. We werenā€™t concerned as we were excited for our trip. Both mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and the host had plenty of soap and extra trash bags, which were nice touches. On our last day, we noticed black mold throughout the bathroom ceiling. Concerned, we messaged the host, but unfortunately never heard any communication back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location, but would hope the cleanliness is addressed for future rentals.
