About this space:

Welcome to your Morse Reservoir getaway. This updated, three-story lakehouse comfortably sleeps up to 20 and is designed for groups, retreats, or relaxed family gatherings. Sports families/teams we are just 12 minutes from Grand Park Events Center.

Inside, you’ll find spacious common areas, indoor hammocks, a full game room, and plenty of space to spread out. Outside, enjoy a quiet lakefront setting with a swim-out floating dock, 4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, a jon boat and direct access to all 3,000 acres of Morse Reservoir.

Just a short walk from the house, you’ll find a few restaurants, a bar, gas station, and convenience store. Groceries, shopping, and the public boat ramp are just minutes away by car.

Your stay includes a pre-reserved boat slip—no extra charge.

Inside the House:

First Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining for 20, outdoor dining for 14+, and a bunk room that sleeps 10 with rollaway beds available.

Second Floor: Three queen bedrooms, one full bath, and a game room with pool, ping pong, and air hockey.

Third Floor: King-sized primary suite with private bathroom and loft area.

Please Note: With the exception of the bunk room (designed for kids/younger people) all other rooms require stair climbing to access. The king suite requires climbing 2 sets of stairs.

Property Layout:

The property includes four private units—think of it like a modern, multi-unit lakehouse. You're renting the largest space, which makes up about 70% of the property and includes all the primary living areas, decks, and gathering spaces. The unit is fully private and not shared.

There are two other units that operate as short term rentals and one unit that is long term. The units have all been designed to provide privacy for each group when outside.

This unit is not for loud parties. While we want everyone to have a wonderful time, we ask that all guests watch the noise levels and language used when staying with us. We strictly enforce the quiet hours and will take action if needed.

I think you will agree after staying with us that there is room for everyone to have fun at reasonable volumes with no trouble.

There’s parking for up to 7 cars on-site, if you need more spaces please ask before arrival. There is no immediate overflow parking nor any nearby street parking. Parking in nearby neighborhoods or in authorized parking lots may result in fines and or your vehicle being towed.
