Custom vacation retreat, built in summer of 2015, available to rent for the first time in 2017. Home contains high end finishes and furniture. Plenty of room for the family with more than 2700 sq ft of living space and large yard for dining or enjoying the outdoors. First floor contains two separate living/seating areas, each with two couches and 60" TVs. Large dining area and separate seating at large kitchen island. Second floor contains large master suite with king bed, two guest rooms (1 with king bed and 1 with queen bed), and a bunk room for the kids with 2 sets of bunk beds. Wifi, central air, gas grill, blueray player, laundry, the list goes on. Home is perfectly positioned so that the beach, center of town, Perkins Cove, and Ogunquit Playhouse are all a short walk away. Whether you are returning to Ogunquit, or searching for the perfect vacation spot, come enjoy all that this quintessential beach town has to offer.
Owners provide bedding, towels, and some beach chairs/toys.
No pets or smoking allowed.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was immaculate and the owner checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was extremely well appointed. We hope the property will be available again next summer. The location was perfect.

Family Summer Vacation

This was our 13th summer rental in Ogunquit and by far the best property. It’s very well maintained, it’s nicely furnished, has a great kitchen, a large TV room for hanging out and has a ton of space for the grand children. The garage for storing beach gear is also a plus. There are more wonderful features as well. Highly recommend

Beautiful home in Ogunquit

This was a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as stated in the listing, but even better. There was no photograph of the children’s room, which had 2 bunks, and the room was much larger than expected! They were 2 full size bunks, with plenty of room left over! My children were thrilled with the set up. The sun room was our favorite space and we relaxed there, ate our meals there, and played games. We also so appreciated the house coming with linens, more towels than are usually provided, and ALL the beach equipment possibly needed. Such a great property, and great location!

Wonderful vacation home

We have been coming up to Ogunquit for many years and we absolutely loved this house. It is immaculate, nicely decorated, and the layout is amazing with plenty of space for everyone. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids and we cooked several meals in the spacious kitchen- loved the big island! We enjoyed having the different dining/hanging out areas on the main floor. The house is very well stocked and the owners have clearly put a lot of love and thought into their home. The mudroom area by the garage was super helpful for storing our beach stuff. The laundry room and powder room were also very convenient. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood not too far from restaurants, shops, Marginal Way and the beach. We were sad to leave!

Perfect home for our family of 7 adults

Wow! The house is beautiful, and upon opening the front door, it smelled clean and welcoming! We felt like we were at ‘home’ with all the things we needed. The two living spaces with TVs in each, the large dining table for meals and games, 2 1/2 baths, large kitchen and plenty of beds for all. We went to the beach multiple times - almost exactly 1 mile, but a very easy walk. A couple bonuses - the house has a wagon, beach chairs, beach bags and toys, if you need them. The beach was beautiful - sunny and breezy. The house also has corn hole. We enjoyed walking The Marginal Way many times and spending time in Perkin’s Cove. In Ogunquit, don’t miss Cornerstone Pizza, even if you have to do takeout - very good! Also enjoyed Pepper’s Seafood, Nikanos, the Front Porch, and of course, ice cream and gelato in Ogunquit. Another bonus, if you like pickle ball or tennis, there are courts just a quarter mile down the road on Agamenticus. Thank you, Kevin, for a great home for our vacation.

Very roomy house and great location

A lot of room to spread out. Bathrooms are large and updated. Bedrooms are very fuctional. Layout of house is great. Seperate laundry room is very useful. Neighborhood is great and quiet. Easy walk to the beach.

Excellent house!

We stayed at this home for one week as a family. The house is open, beautiful, and well-kept. Plenty of seating for everyone to sit together but also room to spread out if needed. It's about a 15 minute walk to Ogunquit Beach and about 10 minutes to the downtown area, so very doable for walking if you don't want to deal with traffic and parking. The owner was very responsive and we were even able to check in early as the cleaners had finished ahead of schedule. Overall an excellent stay and would absolutely stay at this home again. Thanks again!

Lovely home

Really spacious lovely home that had literally everything you could have needed on site including for beach visits. Could have used a crib. There was a pack n play but my daughter refuses to sleep in one of those. We brought our own coffee machine because we are high maintenance like that, and also food but otherwise it had everything we needed. We were traveling with two small kids, a pool would have been nice for the afternoon after nap. We spent the mornings at the beach, which is about a mile away, some walked some drove. Very easy location to access and get to all of downtown. We will book again if we cannot find a home with same accommodations and a pool.

Beautiful Vacation Rental

This is a great Vrbo for a multi generational family vacation. They have thought of everything to make your stay the best possible experience. The area is so beautiful and we just couldn't have had a better time.

Great Vacation House

This home was perfect for our vacation this summer. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. We walked everywhere, only using our car twice to go to the grocery store. The owner was responsive and attentive when we had questions and we look forward to going back next summer!

Hated to leave

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. I rented it for my kids and grandchildren. There were 6 adults and 3 little ones. The house is set up perfect. Plenty of room to spread out. The location to downtown and the beach was very close. The neighborhood was quiet and we relaxed a lot on the front porch. I already booked it again for next year. I plan on making a lot of memories there. Thank you again for letting us enjoy your home!!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed this property very much. Everything we needed was available including extra things we forgot like wine opener, etc. The owner/property manager was great and very courteous always checking in to see how our stay was and if we needed anything. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Wonderful Girls Weekend in Ogunquit!

Our book club rented this beautiful house for our spring getaway, and the house and location could not be better! The house is spacious, with two seating areas, large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. The house was impeccable, high end furnishings, comfy beds, and thoughtful touches. There was even an outdoor shower for the summer to wash the sand off from the beach! There were 10 of us staying here and there was tons of room for us. It is centrally located, within short walks to downtown, the Playhouse, etc. The owner was in contact with us from day one and if you had a question, he was always available by text or cell. We would love to rent this house again and make this our annual spring destination!

Great perfect weekend

Property was clean comfortable convenient. Our family enjoyed sitting on the patio and talking in living room once children were asleep. Ate at some of our favorite lobster places. We’d like to come back next year for our annual Maine excursion.

This property was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for 4 adults and three kids. The kids loved the bunk beds, the proximity to the beach, the twin stroller and the wonderful long dining room table, while we adults spent most of our time in the light and airy rear living area, either watching the kids, or enjoying the large TV. Kevin was a wonderful and responsive host, and we highly recommend this property.

Absolutely amazing experience in a beautiful, family-friendly home

We traveled with 2 couples and 2 babies (13 months and 19 months old) - this house was absolutely perfect for us! The size was great (4 bedrooms), had an amazing sunroom, and an absolutely perfect outdoor space with outdoor furniture and a grill. One recommendation for those of you, especially with kids - bring disposable blackout curtains! The sun came up at 5:30am and the sheer curtains didn't block much sun. Kevin and Meg, the owners, could not have been kinder and more hospitable. Kevin was extremely responsive to our questions and requests, and Meg even offered to babysit for us for a night so we could have an adult night out. They had so many baby/toddler items that made our lives exponentially easier: a Joovy pack n play, a baby gate, a double Bob stroller, puzzles, a dollhouse, and beach toys. Everything was perfectly walkable from the house - Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, and the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at this home and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Amazing

As my group entered this rental property, they were held in awe at the beauty of the home and the large rooms - especially the dining area where we could all sit at the same table to eat! This rental property is perfect for large families. The garage held things that made the children think that it was Christmas! The two seater stroller was a life saver for us! This property is neat and clean - obviously taken care of very well. The walk to the beach, shopping, and the Marginal Way was no problem for us - fun in fact. Kevin, the owner, was so very accommodating to my requests. He was attentive to making sure that we had what we needed. The only downside that my family expressed to me was that we were not at this rental property longer. Next year, when we come back for another high school graduation, they all want to come back to the same vacation spot and especially the same rental property. Thanks for helping to make my families time together a memorable one. Blessings to you.

When the property across the street from her parents' home became available, she and her husband jumped at the opportunity to build a custom home for their family to enjoy. Because of busy work schedules, they cannot enjoy all summer, so are renting to allow others to enjoy.
