The condo itself is wonderful. It’s well-maintained and was clean and airy upon arrival. It has a beautiful, open view of the gulf coast. The experience, however, was not great. When we arrived, security officers would not let us through the gate even though we had our private gate code and door code for the property. They said our vehicle wasn’t registered with the property (even though we had provided our vehicle information prior to arrival) and we’d have to take it up with the HOA. Other guests were in the same situation. Pensacola Beach Properties provided a guest pass and told us to place it on our dash. They said the HOA’s system was having problems so it would be resolved later. However, even with the guest pass we had a tow notice put on our vehicle. After several back and forth attempts to reach Pensacola Beach Properties and 2 days in, it was finally resolved but they entered it for the wrong dates. We had to be issued a 2nd parking permit. The elevators on this building do not run properly and were down several times. Expect long wait times to get up and down. Especially since there are only 2 and they are small. The pool pumps are very loud for the lower floors, also.
