Beach Place #108 - Located right at John's Pass, Madeira Beach this direct beach front 3 bedroom 2 bath has all the comforts of home with views that are sure to amaze you and your traveling companions. Relax on the beach front balcony with access from the living area as well as the master bedroom. Open the windows and let the gentle sound of the Gulf surf soothe your soul. Updated granite kitchen with newer appliances should you want to prepare your meals, or walk to many local restaurants. Free Wifi

Beach Place Unit 108 has one parking spot. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a king sized bed. The second guest room also offers 2 queen sized beds, plenty of closet space and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this condo a perfect spot for extended families. Washer and dryer, four flat screen televisions, high speed internet and one parking spot are also included. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the beaches, heated swimming pool AND BBQ facilities, but also it is just across the street from John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. John's Pass Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Amazing condo for a family trip to the beach!

Loved this condo. Great location across from The Boardwalk. Comfy beds! Clean, directly on the beach with an amazing view! Will be back!

Fabulous condo in an Excellent location

Perfect condo for our family! Just as described! Across the street from St. Johnā€™s Pass. We went in January on a week that was below normal temps. The pool heat was out for the majority of our stay, but once it was fixed we enjoyed the pool and loved the beach!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. There were a few things that could of been better but it wasn't a deal breaker. They have one elevator for the whole building and it is SLOW. Not all of the grills work and they are such a far walk. There were a couple things about my particular condo that could be updated. A socket had fallen off the wall and the dishwasher is on its last leg. We worked through these things and still enjoyed our time here. The location is everything. It makes up for the other minor issues. It would be nice to see friendlier staff, though. You can tell those people work hard, no doubt. They are either burned out or just don't like tourists. (I can understand that with some of them) The public beach access makes it a bit noisy and rowdy. The condo itself i would give 8 out of ten. It cost a lot to stay there though. When we came in there was sand all over everything. Even the couch.

The location was fantastic with easy access to John's Pass and all the dining and activities. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been staying at Beach Place for the last 9 years, and the condo's themselves get updated, but the building itself is not. Elevator and pool restrooms need to be updated. Elevators are slow and HOT!! We generally use the steps with only being on the first floor and the stairways are dirty with cigarette butts, sand and trash. Bathrooms consistently smelled of urine. However this was the fourth year we have stayed in BP108 and this year a lot of amenities that are normally in the condo were not there (kitchen items), but my main issue was no broom or working sweeper, when you are directly on the beach the amount of sand that gets unintentionally drug in is insane and then on top of it having no way to clean it up.

We were not permitted to lower AC temp below 72 degrees or the unit would break. That made things very uncomfortable. Itā€™s Florida. Florida is hot. We did not sleep well.Likewise, our freezer did not have an ice maker - just two trays. We had to purchase ice. Floors also in need of a deep clean. Our feet were black from walking on tiles. The people were great! Pleasant to talk to. We will likely come back to this building, but not this unit. They need to update the AC and other appliances. We paid nearly $500/night. Thatā€™s too high to not sleep comfortably.

We have stayed in other St Pete area locations before, but we loved this one. We chose a unit with 3 bedrooms, were close to the pool, the ocean, and within walking distance for restaurants and the pirate ship adventure, which our grandkids loved. While we were only on the 1st floor, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from our balcony. We are looking forward to a return visit next year!

The ice maker didn't work so we had to buy ice during the week. Would be nice if the condo had a cooler that you could take to the beach. But overall, the condo was good and we enjoyed our week there.

I called a few times beforehand because I kept getting emails about making payments that I already had. Lady was very rude and started laughing when I asked to speak with someone else. The day we checked out the lady was super friendly! Room was a lot nicer than some of our friends, one who had no air, the other was outdated as could be that I felt gross walking on their brown carpet! Our garbage disposal stunk pretty bad and our front door had a big gap in it so the lights shined right through it in evening and chain lock could easily fall off so we had to put something against door at night because we had little ones. The bathrooms down by pool were out of order the whole week until last day we were there :( We had a little one potty training so that was a pain having to go back up to room. As far as property cleanliness, they took great care of pool and didnā€™t see a lot of trash just laying around. And depends on what room someone would get if I would recommend it!
