The master bedroom offers a king bed with en suite, the guest room has 2 twin beds, and the living room offers a sleeper sofa to sleep up to 6 guests. Relax after a long day at the beach in front of the TV with a good movie or on the balcony listening to the waves crash. A fully equipped kitchen and WIFI complete this lovely condo. Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola Beach includes two artificial reef systems for snorkeling. Park East is located about 1.4 miles east of Portofino on Pensacola Beach. The reef is located 500 ft. off shore and attracts a wide variety of fish, sea turtles and all kinds of gulf wildlife.

Great location. Always love staying at regency because it is quiet. Great view. Room was very spacious. Areas of opportunity: add a rug to entryways and next to beds to help with sand accumulation. I would stay here again!

Unfortunately the smells in the lobby and in our condo were not the best at all. And overall the condo was not as nice as the pictures portrayed. Our air unit until struggled to keep the condo cool. The lobby was very muggy and stinky. For what we payed and what we actually got, we will definitely not be returning.

We had a great stay at this condo in Pensacola! The beachfront views were absolutely beautiful, and the condo was clean, quiet, and very well stocked. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and made it easy to relax.One thing to noteā€”the AC didnā€™t cool properly, and it did get pretty warm inside. There were box fans that helped some, but in hotter months this could be uncomfortable for some guests. We also had a patio chair break during our stay and reached out to the host.Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would still consider staying again!

The cleanliness of the room was terrible.Pull out couch was absolutely disgusting. Stains/mold.Dirty kleenex in coffee table drawers.Door handles were filthy.Tubs/showers/sinks were dirty.Pots and pans were not clean.Outside patio area was not swept.No rug in livibg area.No outlet covers for infants toddlers.Air conditioning was minimal.Lobby entrance dirty.Elevators filthy.Pool area unkept.We left a day early, due to not being comfortable, which made our stay very short.Overall, not a relaxing enjoyable place to stay. We will not be staying at this property again, even though we have been staying there for four years now. This property has really gone downhill with upkeep and cleanliness.

Property was as advertised and worth the price.

This property had everything we needed and the view of the beach was great! The proximity to the pool was ideal for the kids and it was only a very short walk to the beach. I'd definitely recommend this unit for others.

Very clean gorgeous view just the right height right off of elevator but very very quiet very easy to find easy parking

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be wonderful. It was clean with everything we needed. My only complaint was no washer and dryer. The towels, blinds and shower curtains need updating.
