The A/C does not cool the master bedroom! There is a noticeable difference between the living room and master bedroom. We had to use 2 box fans to stay somewhat comfortable. Also the decor desperately needs to be updated. The views were perfect!

We decided to make a spontaneous trip and booked one day before getting there. It was our first time booking a condo and going through the process. The company made our first experience super simple. Checking in was easy and the condo was clean with a wonderful view. We hope to be back

Thank you for the review. I'm sorry the towels in Regency Towers 405 West were not up to standard. We will replace them with higher-quality towels and have housekeeping inspect the linen inventory to ensure plenty of clean, absorbent towels going forward. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again. Pensacola Beach Properties

Great location. Always love staying at regency because it is quiet. Great view. Room was very spacious. Areas of opportunity: add a rug to entryways and next to beds to help with sand accumulation. I would stay here again!

Hello, thank you for taking the time to let us know about these issues, and we are sorry the A/C, the master bathroom, and the kitchen disposal were not in good shape during your stay. A comfortable, fresh, fully working unit is exactly what we want for every guest, so our maintenance team is addressing the cooling, the toilet, and the disposal right away. We really appreciate you pointing these out, and we hope you will give us another chance to host you for a far more comfortable stay.

Unfortunately the smells in the lobby and in our condo were not the best at all. And overall the condo was not as nice as the pictures portrayed. Our air unit until struggled to keep the condo cool. The lobby was very muggy and stinky. For what we payed and what we actually got, we will definitely not be returning.

We had a great stay at this condo in Pensacola! The beachfront views were absolutely beautiful, and the condo was clean, quiet, and very well stocked. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and made it easy to relax. One thing to note—the AC didn’t cool properly, and it did get pretty warm inside. There were box fans that helped some, but in hotter months this could be uncomfortable for some guests. We also had a patio chair break during our stay and reached out to the host.Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would still consider staying again!

Property was as advertised and worth the price.

This property had everything we needed and the view of the beach was great! The proximity to the pool was ideal for the kids and it was only a very short walk to the beach. I'd definitely recommend this unit for others.
