You will have a quick 5 min walk to the public beach access and we will provide beach toys, beach chairs, and a cooler for your convenience. If you desire beach towels, we can arrange this for you at an additional cost. Feel free to message if you would like this option. From the couch you can enjoy the water view and watch your favorite TV show or movie. You also may want to sip on coffee or tea from our coffee station. We have a coffee pot and single serve Keurig with pods and local coffee grounds.In case you need a washer and dryer, you will have access to both in our unit. Other things to note: upon arrival each bed will have fresh linens and each bedroom will have a set of 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths. Also included a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, roll of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen & bathroom trash bags, kitchen hand towel & dishcloth.

Birthday Beach Trip

We had friends visiting from out of state and wanted them to experience our love of OBX! The condo was perfect!! It was clean and spacious with breathtaking views of the sound! Check-in and check-out were great and communication was fantastic! Location is the best! It’s quiet, yet close to anything you need! We highly recommend this condo for your stay in OBX!

From booking throughout stay, host was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Condo was exactly as described and was the perfect respite for our couple’s getaway. View from balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunset. There is an upper loft with bed and bath so would be great for two couples. Building does not have super dense insulation so would not recommend for those with small children as it might disturb your neighbors. We will definitely be back for another visit!
