Featuring a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a pullout sofa in the living room, this unit is ideal for larger parties. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip. Enjoy crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your oversized lanai as you sip coffee in the morning.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the amenities of Sundial West, including a large heated pool, private beach access just steps from your unit as well as all on-site restaurants and shops.



The Neighborhood:

Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
