This property is located just 2 minutes to the beach on 11th street in Royal Palms (about 1/2 mile to beach access road 1a).

It offers 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, with pool & bbq pits just steps away.

As you walk into the main living area, you'll be 'wowed' by the beautiful stained concrete floors with 'beachy' pine walls & ceilings throughout the lower level.

The main living room is followed by a half bath, full eat in kitchen & 1st floor master bedroom & bathroom with a queen size bed & tv.

Continuing to be 'wowed' by the gorgeous pine floors throughout the upstairs, the upper master bedroom & bath has a queen size bed and flat screen tv.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (with combo tv/dvd/vcr player).
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share the full bathroom in the hallway just across from the laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

This fully furnished cottage includes everything you need for the kitchen, bath towels and bed linens.

4 cable tvs, 2 dvd players, sofabed if needed and a furnished covered back porch (only a few in this neighborhood).

You will be so glad you chose this unit. It's absolutely adorable, clean and close to everything!

No pets. No smoking. Minimum age to rent.

Everyone was impressed with facility. The extra parking was very much appreciated. The location was close to all major areas. Beds, showers kitchen and TV area were very comfortable. The interior decorations were impressive :)

Great Vacation Home

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! The house had everything we needed and had enough space for our whole family. My kids loved the bunk room and that there was a tv in every room. Main areas were comfortable and great for hanging out. The only complaint was the noise from neighboring houses and the bright flood lights from the condos next door that shown through the windows at night.

Just a few suggestions...

This was our first stay at this property. Stepping out of the car, the first thing I noticed was numerous cigarette butts on the property ground...not a good impression. The house was satisfactory. Would have been nicer if the patio would have been more inviting & the scenery more pleasant. I would suggest issuing at least 2 keys . There were 2 families in our group & we had to coordinate to accommodate someone always being available with the key. A large bar-b-que pit (like the one next door) would have been handy! The community pits are too small for large groups. One last suggestion, surely more than 2 trash bags could be provided especially if the stay is more than 2-3 days.

We Love The Laughing Seagull

Annual adventure

From the moment we decided to book our annual memorial weekend trip to the time checked out it was a great experience. I love how the owner is messaging you one on one. All questions were answered directly by her. The house was beautiful and very clean and organized. We have no complaints only compliments. We will definitely keep this booking as 1 of our favorite

Cute House

There were 9 of us on our stay over Easter weekend six adults three children. We love the kitchen dining area the big table was great for everyone to sit and have a meal together or play games. Access to the pool which is very close was wonderful the kids really enjoyed that. We appreciated the ice cream treat that was provided by the host. House is decorated very beautifully with all of the ocean themes, very nice. If I were going to give any adverse opinion it would be on the noise from the floor above. Anyone walking upstairs makes it very loud downstairs. So the two-year-old, who thinks running is walking, her little paddling feet upstairs made it sound like you were in a drum when you were downstairs. Even when the adults walked upstairs you could hear it very loudly downstairs. For the most part it was no big deal, but just note, it was very loud. The house is very well-maintained and itā€™s in a really nice area.

What a perfect spot for a larger group. Easy self check-in. Very homey feel. Decor is so cute. Beds comfortable. Property manager quick to respond, by text, to any questions. Bluebell ice cream was such a delightful treat!! Thank you for a great stay.

This house has everything that we have at home so just need to bring your clothes and enjoy a wonderful place. Cynthia is great to work with if you have any questions as she wants to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Not too far from the beach and in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The house was perfect! Especially because of the ease of the downstairs masterā€™s bedroom. My elderly parents were able to spend a few days with us and could easily navigate the downstairs and they had their needed privacy! Especially while 4 teenagers were upstairs. Perfect family getaway

The house was a perfect fit for our family group. Everyone had their own room, and plenty of space for the kids. The property manager met us at the door and explained all the "things" and showed us around. The Blue Bell ice cream was also a sweet extra! I love this property because of the easy access to the beach, the large kitchen (well supplied), and the corner lot. Also, the pool was right across the drive from the house. We also spent lots of time on the lovely back porch. Will return.

Family vacation

I loved this house. The layout is great for multiple families to visit. The only thing is the backyard is not completely fenced in. The fence is only on two sides and opens to the driveway that leads to other houses. May not be a big deal to others but we had kids with us. The location is incredibly close to the beach. We loved our time and will be back.

Overall it was a nice property, the back porch is not all the closed off so that was a little misleading, the pool was freezing and not to well managed, but other then that the house was really nice and a decent size for a family, I wish the downstairs was more open and the 3rd queen bed room upstairs is really small the pictures donā€™t do justice to this. We didnā€™t have any problem the manager was very quick to communicate with us and over all we had a really nice time.

We had a fantastic time at the Laughing Seagull. Everything about this rental was perfect! We hung out in the living room. We stayed up late playing card and board games at the kitchen table. The rental was so beautifully decorated. The host thought of everything. Each room had everything that was needed. Having 3.5 bathrooms was nice as well. We came down to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday to take her deep sea fishing, but we will absolutely be back to this rental again!

Perfect Family Beach House

We loved our stay at the Laughing Seagull! The house was beautifully decorated and conveniently located within a few blocks of the beach. Our group of six had plenty of room to spread out when we wanted but also had great common areas for games or movies. The kitchen was one of the best stocked weā€™ve seen-bowls of all sizes, lots of utensils and just about any kitchen gadget you could think of. We normally bring a condo kit with our kitchen gear but didnā€™t need to use it at all! The owner and property manager were great at communicating with us beforehand. And they had Blue Bell ice cream ready to go when we checked in. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. We will stay here again next time we visit Port A!

Laughing Gull is the perfect place!

We have stayed at the Laughing Gull for three years now and couldnā€™t be happier with our accommodations. Both the owner and the property manager are so helpful and wonderful to assist you in any way needed. The house is extremely well maintained and is always ready for our arrival. We tell everyone that we hit the jackpot when we discovered the Laughing Gull! We highly recommend this property.

Both work in the high-tech industry and love to escape to the beach with their children whenever work and school allow. The Laughing Seagull Cottage is our home away from home and we invite you to feel at home here as well.

Port Aransas is a great family town that offers the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our house is about 1/2 mile to the beach (which you can drive on). We rented this house from the previous owners and loved it so much we decided to buy it! We pride ourselves that our home is beautiful, updated, clean and fully furnished/equipped for all of your rental needs. Our house is perfectly located near the pool. It's about 100-150 feet to the pool. We are located on a corner which allows for you to comfortably park a boat and or 3 cars. We are about 1/2 mile to the beach access road. And the best part is that you can drive on the beach instead of carrying all of your beach supplies.
