Inside, you will find rustic charm combined with modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and fully finished basement that is perfect for kids to enjoy. This house sleeps a total of 11 people.

To ensure everyone enjoys their time and to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors and future visitors, we kindly ask that the following house rules be followed.

These guidelines help us preserve the quality of the home, ensure safety, and create a peaceful lakeside experience for everyone!

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas and ensure you are at least 25 feet away from the house. Improper disposal of smoking materials may result in fines.

🐾 No Pets
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets at this time. While we love animals, the space is not pet-friendly.

🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and must be strictly observed. Any noise complaints will result in fines.

🤫 Respect the Neighbors
This is a peaceful, residential lake community. Please be respectful and keep noise levels down, especially in the evenings.

👫 Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
If the total number of guests exceeds your reservation, additional fees will apply per person, per night.
Unregistered guests or day visitors are not permitted and may result in fines or termination of your stay.

🚗 Parking
There are 3 parking spots allotted to The Lookout. Please park only in designated areas—no parking on the grass.
Due to space limitations, make arrangements in advance to fit all vehicles. There is no on-site or overflow parking available.

👶 Children & Water Safety
Children must be actively supervised at all times, especially near the water. The lakefront area is not childproof, and guest safety is our highest priority.

🎆 No Fireworks
Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited—including sparklers, firecrackers, or other pyrotechnics. Violations will result in fines.

👤 Primary Guest Requirement
The person who booked the reservation must be present and staying at the property.
Bookings cannot be made on behalf of others if the primary guest is not in attendance.
