Front Beach Retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable living spaces, making it feel just like home. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed. The living room provides a sleeper sofa and easy access to the balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the ocean and pool views while dining at the small outdoor table.

With access to a communal pool and spa, BBQ area, fitness center, and other amenities, there’s no shortage of ways to relax and unwind. Whether you’re enjoying the ocean breeze from the balcony, taking a dip in the pool, or exploring nearby attractions, this condo has everything you need for a stress-free beach retreat.

Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, you’ll be close to everything, including Pier Park with its shopping, dining, and entertainment options. For a day of adventure, Frank Brown Park is just across the street, and the airport is easily accessible via Uber or Lyft, making this location as convenient as it is beautiful.

30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida’s famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you’ll find white sands, azure views, and laid-back vibes. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The communal pool is not heated.
- Beach chair service is included with every rental. Guest registration is required, and AvantStay’s Guest Experience team will handle registration. Wristbands for community amenity access will be provided in the unit upon arrival. Guests will be charged a fee for any lost or unreturned wristbands.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available within the community. All vehicles must be registered ($50 per vehicle). Further details are provided in the guest manual.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Excellent Condo Needs Improvements

Condo can definitely improve in cleanliness. It seriously needs a modernization! TV's are old and they are a hassle, furniture is old, dated and chipped. One of my teens complained that the full bed in bunk smelled bad I looked at the mattress and it was nasty. Kitchen needs an inventory done asap. Barely has any good cookware what's there is in very poor shape. Kitchen blender is broken below spinning blade leaks your mixture. There are some plastic plates that are bended like a taco and are still in the shelfs. DONT DRINK THE WATER FROM SINK OR COOK WITH IT! Water comes out with debris not sure why. Found out while making lemonade. Maybe that's why a Brita purifier was supplied. Location is Amazing! Building amenities and access to beach are great. Best beach view from master bedroom and living room. Loved the 5th floor. Condo has great potential. Would definitely stay here for the views if they would put a little more TLC into this condo. I will definitely return to this building just not this condo as is.
