We also appreciate you mentioning the stairs. While the listing does note that there is no elevator in the building, you’re absolutely right that it’s an important detail for guests to keep in mind—especially when staying on the third floor—so thank you for helping bring that front and center for future visitors. Our sincere apologies as well for the construction activity during your stay. Unfortunately, after some damage, the HOA building management had to complete emergency roof repairs in an adjacent building, and with limited windows to complete the work, it did overlap with guest stays. We truly appreciate your patience while those necessary improvements were being made. Thank you also for letting us know about the bathtub draining slowly. We will make sure our maintenance team addresses that right away. We’re very glad you enjoyed your time overall and appreciated the easy check-in and communication.
