Guests can arrive and park in private parking for two, and spy a furnished, screened, large, porch- name a more relaxing place to sip on your morning coffee surrounded by the tranquil sound of waves! This well appointed cottage sleeps 8, and seamlessly blends vintage charm with contemporary comfort. Step inside and into an open, coastal, floor plan with two living areas, an updated kitchen with bar seating for 2, and an adjacent dining area with a table for 6. The large kitchen has a large central butcher block. a large double door fridge, a farmhouse sink, a microwave, and a six-burner gas stove. The first living area, with ample seating, can serve as a chill spot to relax or read a book, and the secondary living, across from the large kitchen is complete with a flatscreen TV and cushioned seating for all.

Down the hall, a king primary bedroom features a luxurious, ensuite bath with dual vanities, a soaker tub, and a separate marble glass enclosed walk-in shower. This room offers back deck access, as well as seating and dresser storage. The second bedroom is a queen bedroom with a shared, generous, hallway jack and jill, full bathroom with two vanities, and a shared central glass enclosed walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two twin bunks, sleeping 4 total, with seating, closet space, and located across the hall from the Jack and Jill full bath.
