Inside, the ground floor features a spacious open-concept kitchen fully equipped with a large fridge, a full stove, and all the necessary appliances to create delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a dining area for four and a cozy living room with comfortable seating and a 40-inch smart TV. The ground floor also includes a convenient half bath.

Moving up to the second floor, you'll discover a tranquil primary bedroom with a King bed, ample storage, and another smart TV. As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

The unit is located on three floors. The main bathroom and bedrooms are located upstairs.

Please note: The staircase railing leading to the second floor has wider openings, and the rooftop features lower railings. For this reason, small children and toddlers must be supervised at all times, and it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure their safety. Additionally, the unit includes glass windows and an outdoor glass table. Guests are asked to exercise caution and take appropriate care while enjoying the property.
