The property is beautiful. They did a great job renovating kitchen is very well stocked. The only interesting thing was when we arrived at the house, which is about 5 till four. The key was in the door and there was a man in here. Going through the villa assessing everything we had a baby with us so we were anxious to get inside with the air conditioner. It was just a little awkward if he’s part of the management of the rentals, I would’ve expected him to have done that way before we arrived.

That is certainly not our standard procedure, and we completely understand why finding someone inside right before check-in caused unnecessary stress, especially traveling with a baby. We have addressed this timing with our team to ensure all property checks are fully completed well before arrival time moving forward. They were respectful of the property and the island rules, took great care of the home, and were clean, organized, and communicative throughout their stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High Hammock. The outside grounds were clean and inviting. Our first floor location was very convenient. The inside of the condo was freshly painted, the furniture was comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. The kitchen was well organized, stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and a good variety of small appliances. I loved how we still had space in the kitchen to place our groceries and personal items. The bedrooms had available closet space and empty drawers for unpacking. The back bathroom was very nice and spacious. We would love to vacation here again.

The master bathroom shower did not work. The sliding glass doors did not work well. There was no toaster in the kitchen. On the positive side, the condo was clean and in a great location.

We are, however, incredibly sorry to hear about the frustrations you experienced with the master shower, the sliding doors, and the missing toaster. We truly wish we had known about these issues during your stay, as our on-island maintenance team would have been right over to deliver a brand new toaster and address the shower immediately! Please know that we have already dispatched our team to fix the shower plumbing, lubricate the sliding door tracks, and stock a new toaster for the kitchen. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, and we hope you might give us another chance to host you for a flawless stay in the future.
