This spectacular 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo has been extensively and tastefully remodeled and is incredibly comfortable while still being updated and stylish. The home features two en suites and walk in closets with the primary suite featuring a massive and gracious bathroom with a giant soaking tub and 2 vanities. There are jaw dropping mountain views from literally every window and angle of this home! This is considered to be the BEST view in Desert Falls Country Club!

The home sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the expansive primary suite, a queen size bed in the guest en suite and a queen size bed that is a Murphy Bed that folds into the wall to give extra space and create a dedicated office/workspace.

The kitchen is amazing and completely brand new! Stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need. If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios. There is a large format flat screen television in the living area and all the bedrooms have offer the same. The cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even HBO and Showtime. All the TV’s are SMART with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.

Curl up with a good book or enjoy morning coffee out on one of the roomy patios in the super comfy lounge chairs and light up the BBQ grill for some fresh and healthy home cooked, Alfresco meals. Watch the golfers putt and tee off while remaining safe on your second floor patio.

As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day. There are 36+ pool and hot tub complexes with a great one being just a short jaunt across the street.

In addition to all this marvelous home has to offer, there is your very own 2 car garage complete with 4 bicycles great for cruising around the club and the neighborhood.
