This building is included among of the newest in the romantic zone/ beach area. Upon entering, you will be amazed by the incredible ocean views.You will like the configuration of the condo and its location in the building. Giving as a breathtaking view of the ocean and beach as the view of the back garden, which allows it to be very sunny and stay fresh. Enjoy the wind that passes through the unit and refreshed it in an instant. Being just a little lower than the back street also offers good accessibility and a great tranquility. What makes it one of the most popular of the building. It is located right behind the blue chair hotel. Get into the elevator walk some steps and you are on the Los Muertos beach. On top of the building you have infinity heated pool and sun deck with wi-fi and an amazing view. The condo is offers a luxury ambience with 1 bed room ( king size bed ) with tv 32 inch flat screen, closets with a lot of store room. Full equipped kitchen with granite counters, with fridge, microwave, stove, dishwashers,washer and dryer, toaster, mixer and coffee maker etc. This condo has own water purification system in the kitchen and a digital safe box. It offers nice size living room with dining table sitting area and a comfortable sofa/bed for additional guests, also tv 47 inch, wi-fi. The 2 bath rooms nice designed with granite counters. Relax and enjoy the view from the large balcony, let yourself be lulled by the sounds of the waves ,watch people walking across the beach during sunset's acting. In the evening, don’t miss the view of the city's bright lights miles. You will also have the opportunity to attend daily fireworks and a whole new colorful spectacle offered by the new emblem of the romantic zone, the los muertos pier.
Near from the beach, clubs, bars, and restaurants, you can’t stay closer to the beach and to the town. Look at the comments of those who have had the pleasure to live there....

Our stay could have been much better. We had some issues (air conditioning was the main concern) with the property itself, however the owners and property manager were both very responsive. We did not have air conditioning outside of the bedroom until early evening on our third day, which limited our use of the living area for three days. Other items that I did not feel required servicing, as we wished for privacy for the remainder of the trip, included the ice maker and dryer both not in working order. Highlights of the property included the rooftop pool. The views were great and the pool was extremely clean. The location is perfect for access to restaurants and clubs, the beach, and the boardwalk.

Another great stay at this property! Beautiful, clean, great location, and great communication with the owner and property manager. The pool was closed for renovations. But the owner advised us a month before our trip and offered a discount for the inconvenience. Looking forward to going back once it’s completed!

Excellent stay in the Romantic Zone

Very clean, functional unit in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Property Managers were very responsive. The view and access to restaurants were fantastic. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This is a one bedroom that is roomy, well-furnished, and clean. Great view of ocean. Easy access to beach. Close to a small grocery store and restaurants.

Zona Romantica at it's best

Beautiful condo and very well stocked with anything you may need, including beach towels, extra bags, cooler, and more. AC works great, but enjoyed the fully-opened wall to the view. Very easy walking to all the great sites. Will definitely book again

Amazing place to stay!

This is my second time staying at this property. Fantastic location, superb views, extremely well kept building, great amenities with a rooftop pool and gym and the apartment is beautiful. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone going to Puerto Vallarta. It is truly a home away from home. Perfect location

My partner and I spent our 2nd year here and enjoyed just as much as the first. Perfect views, good wifi (for mexico!), washer/dryer, filtered water and the roof top infiniti pool is amazing. Could use better lighting in master bath but really no big deal. overall a great place..

Not long enough !!

Spectacular condo - amazing view for beautiful sunsets and fireworks. Unit was very well equipped for those who want to eat in during those sunsets! Roof top pool and area was really amazing. Also management Alejandro was extremely helpful and attended to everything. Hope to return!

Condo with great location and amenities

This condo is situated in the perfect location in PV, where you can walk to beaches, bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals and has a wonderful view of the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The management team for this location was outstanding. The building rooftop decks is the best. We enjoyed our month long stay in this well furnished condo.

AWESOME Location and Stay!

What a great location and stay, the flat is very large and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen, balcony is perfect for anytime of day with ocean views, AC works perfectly, shower is strong. Unit does have a laundry facility but we did not use. Would definitely book this flat again in the future. You also have a roof top pool with incredible views, we did not use but did stop by and take a look.

Spectacular view

Beautiful apartment super close to the beach. The kitchen is amazing and it has everything you can think of. The pool terrace was just absolutely beautiful too. The place is uphill from the beach so it's a bit of a work out, but totally worth it. There is a sky bar acrosscthe street where they have a show every night until 1am so if you want a quiet night you need to bring your ear plugs. Thank you for a wonderful stay and looking forward to be back.

Great condo in a great location

Condo exceeded our expectations! Perfect for a couple. The view was incredible, the accommodations were clean, the bed was super soft with nice quality sheets, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Angel, our guest services contact responded to our concern’s promptly, and went out of his way to make our stay great. My only suggestion would be to offer more blanket options. The bedspread felt more like a curtain than a cozy duvet. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Condo

As with most of the other reviews, loved this place. It is the perfect location right behind Blue/Green Chairs and the new beach/pool club. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you will need plus the gorgeous heated infiniti pool on the roof, perfect for after the beach. Really nothing to complain about other than the lighting in the bathrooms were very dark but really no biggie. Good internet, washer/dryer, sound system, very peaceful. Thanks again!

Great first time experience

We just stayed at Amapas 301 in PV and had a wonderful comfortable stay. The condo was nicely situated and the view was spectacular. We did have problems with the wifi on the first day but did not affect our comfort and it was resolved shortly. The condo had everything we needed and the cleaning lady left us a delicious welcome platter. The pool was great, we spent lots of time up there. The condo was also within walking distance of everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
